Leadership 100 was created in 1984 as an endowment fund supporting the ministries of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese in advancement of Orthodoxy & Hellenism

The Archbishop Iakovos Leadership 100 Fund is a non-profit organization whose mission is to advance the Orthodox Faith and the life-giving legacy of Hellenism in America, through support of the National Ministries of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. Vision
The Archbishop Iakovos Leadership 100 Fund was formed in 1984 to embody the vision of Archbishop Iakovos to draw 100 Greek Orthodox leaders into a philanthropic fellowship that would perpetuate the life-sustaining ministries of the Church for ages to come, while inspiring life-long friendships and bringing families together. Today, Leadership 100, as it is popularly known, has grown to 1,200 members. With assets exceeding $100 million, it has distributed $70 million in grants and become a philanthropic force in the Church and the Nation, transforming institutions and lives.

Leadership 100 philanthropy reaches far beyond the walls of our churches.
Through the FREEDOM Ministry, Leadership 100 is helping the Orthodox Church respond to human trafficking through education, prevention, training, and survivor support.

Thousands have been reached through educational efforts, while the ministry has developed partnerships with organizations including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the United Nations, and other national and international organizations.

Most importantly, the ministry has helped survivors within our own Archdiocese find a Church willing to listen.

Through a $323,000 investment in Orthodox Christian religious education, Leadership 100 is helping create engaging, age-appropriate resources for children from Pre-K through Grade 12.

From Sunday School lessons to family faith formation, this support is helping nurture the next generation of our Church.

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for the 2027 Leadership 100 Annual Conference, taking place February 25–28, 2027, at The Boca Raton Resort in Boca Raton, Florida.

This annual gathering brings together Leadership 100 members from across the country for fellowship, reflection, inspiration, and the opportunity to strengthen our shared commitment to the future of the Greek Orthodox Church.

Registration materials have been mailed to Leadership 100 members and are also available online at L100.org.

We encourage members to register early — the conference room block and event capacity are limited and expected to fill quickly.

We look forward to welcoming our Leadership 100 family to Boca Raton for this special gathering.

Earlier this year, Leadership 100 members from across the country gathered in Phoenix, Arizona, for our 2026 Annual Conference, an inspiring time of fellowship, reflection, and renewed commitment to our shared mission.

From meaningful conversations and spiritual reflection to opportunities to reconnect with friends and fellow stewards, the conference celebrated the strength of our Leadership 100 community and the impact we can make together in support of the Greek Orthodox Church.
The moments we shared in Phoenix reminded us that Leadership 100 is more than an organization - it is a community united by faith, heritage, generosity, and a vision for the future.
