🇺🇸 The first day of the Jubilee of the John Paul II Vatican Foundation has come to an end. We have celebrated Holy Mass in the church of Santa Maria in Traspontina, followed by a film screening and a lunch in the Vatican.
The Holy Mass was presided over and the homily delivered by Cardinal Stanisław Dziwisz, the closest collaborator of Saint John Paul II. The Eucharist was concelebrated by several bishops from Poland and Indonesia, as well as more than 30 priests from various countries.
Afterwards, in the New Synod Hall in the Vatican, a screening of the film "Maryja. Matka Papieża" (“Mary, the Mother of the Pope”) took place with the participation of its director, Jan Sobierajski. The meeting was opened by Msgr. Paweł Ptasznik, President of our Foundation, and moderated by Fr. Tomasz Podlewski, Director of the Office for Media and Events. Nearly 300 Jubilee participants from over 20 countries attended the gathering. After the meeting, lunch was served in the foyer of the Paul VI Hall in the Vatican.

🇵🇱 Zakończył się pierwszy dzień Jubileuszu Watykańskiej Fundacji Jana Pawła II. Za nami Msza Święta w rzymskim kościele Santa Maria in Traspontina, projekcja filmu i lunch na Watykanie.
Mszy Świętej przewodniczył i homilię wygłosił kard. Stanisław Dziwisz, najbliższy współpracownik Św. Jana Pawła II. Eucharystię koncelebrowało kilku biskupów z Polski i Indonezji oraz ponad 30 kapłanów z kilku krajów.
Następnie w Nowej Auli Synodalnej na Watykanie odbyła się projekcja filmu "Maryja. Matka Papieża" z udziałem reżysera, Jana Sobierajskiego. Spotkanie rozpoczął ks. prał. Paweł Ptasznik, przewodniczący naszej Fundacji, a prowadził je ks. , dyrektor Biura Mediów i Wydarzeń. W spotkaniu wzięło udział prawie 300 uczestników Jubileuszu z ponad 20 krajów. Następnie odbył się lunch we foyer Auli Pawła VI na Watykanie.

🇮🇹 Si è concluso il primo giorno del Giubileo della Fondazione Vaticana Giovanni Paolo II. Abbiamo vissuto la Santa Messa nella chiesa romana di Santa Maria in Traspontina, la proiezione del film e il pranzo in Vaticano.
La Santa Messa è stata presieduta e l’omelia pronunciata dal cardinale Stanisław Dziwisz, il più stretto collaboratore di San Giovanni Paolo II. L’Eucaristia è stata concelebrata da diversi vescovi provenienti dalla Polonia e dall’Indonesia, insieme a oltre 30 sacerdoti di vari Paesi.
Successivamente, nella Nuova Aula del Sinodo in Vaticano, si è svolta la proiezione del film "Maryja. Matka Papieża" (“Maria, la Madre del Papa”) con la partecipazione del regista, Jan Sobierajski. L’incontro è stato aperto da mons. Paweł Ptasznik, presidente della nostra Fondazione, e moderato da don Tomasz Podlewski, direttore dell’Ufficio Stampa ed Eventi. All’incontro hanno partecipato quasi 300 membri del Giubileo provenienti da oltre 20 Paesi. Dopo l’incontro, si è tenuto un pranzo nel foyer dell’Aula Paolo VI in Vaticano.

🇫🇷 La première journée du Jubilé de la Fondation Vaticane Jean-Paul II s’est achevée. Nous avons célébré la Sainte Messe dans l’église romaine Santa Maria in Traspontina, suivie de la projection d’un film et d’un déjeuner au Vatican.
La Sainte Messe a été présidée et l’homélie prononcée par le cardinal Stanisław Dziwisz, le plus proche collaborateur de Saint Jean-Paul II. L’Eucharistie a été concélébrée par plusieurs évêques de Pologne et d’Indonésie, ainsi que par plus de 30 prêtres de différents pays.
Ensuite, dans la Nouvelle Aula Synodale au Vatican, a eu lieu la projection du film « Maryja. Matka Papieża » (« Marie, la Mère du Pape ») en présence de son réalisateur, Jan Sobierajski. La rencontre a été ouverte par Mgr Paweł Ptasznik, président de notre Fondation, et animée par l’abbé Tomasz Podlewski, directeur du Bureau des Médias et des Événements. Près de 300 participants du Jubilé, provenant de plus de 20 pays, y ont pris part. Après la rencontre, un déjeuner a été servi dans le foyer de l’Aula Paul VI au Vatican.
