“Say, ‘The Fire of Hell is far hotter,’ if only they could understand.”
This heat wave has only one reminder: that whoever is not taken directly from the grave to the shade of the Throne and then to Paradise will face suffering beyond the limits of human imagination.
And there is only one solution: “So flee to Allah.”
* Save yourself from the Fire by cutting off every forbidden relationship.
* Free your neck from its heat through fasting, for even one day of fasting can distance a person from the Fire for seventy years.
* Strive to be among those sheltered under the shade of the Throne of the Most Merciful on that Day. Maintain your prayers in the mosque, let your heart be attached to the mosques, and strive in secret charity and in your private acts of worship.
Remember the long standing that will take place under that sun. You will stand among all of humanity on a Day whose measure is fifty thousand years, to the point that some people will wish for the situation to end, even if the end were to be entering the Fire.
Whoever is not seated in the shade of the Throne will pay a very heavy price.
And whoever does not enter Paradise will face a tragic fate.
The terrifying question is: If the standing in the heat of the Day of Judgment is so overwhelming and horrifying, then what must the condition of Hell itself be like?
Save yourself from the Fire. May Allah protect us and you from it. 🤲
