The Chabad Israeli Center of Staten Island is a community-based nonprofit organization rooted in traditional Jewish values. Since its inception, in Fall 2002, as a branch of Chabad-Lubavitch of Staten Island, CIC has established many educational and religious programs for all ages enriching the lives of hundreds in the local community. These programs include; social services for families, children's education, classes and services for adults and a kaleidoscope of publications and programs for all ages. CIC takes great pride in welcoming all Jewish people regardless of affiliation, background or level of knowledge. People from a diverse spectrum of Jewish life find Chabad to be a warm and non-judgmental community in which to experience the richness of their heritage. There are no annual membership fee requirements and one need not even agree with everything at Chabad - you just belong.
