TORAH FUND ALERT!
We have learned that some of the 2014-2015 (Tree of Life-Mishpachah) Torah Fund pins are discoloring. The silver background material is darkening, or in some cases looks like copper or black. We have been in touch with the jeweler who manufacturers all of our pins and it appears to be a manufacturing defect.

We are committed to re-issuing new pins to replace all the defective pins.
We realize this is a distraction from our campaign efforts and an inconvenience. Here are the first steps to address it.

1. Please return all defective pins to your Sisterhood Torah Fund chair. We will advise TF chairs what to do with the defective pins in a future message.
2. We are still assessing the extent of this problem. We have set up a special email address for Sisterhood Torah Fund chairs to report on defective pins: [email protected]

Please include the following information in your email:
Name of Sisterhood
Name of TF Chairperson
# Benefactor pins ordered/ # defective
# Guardian pins ordered/ # defective
We are committed to resolving this situation as quickly as possible.
Please stay tuned for future updates on the status of new pin shipments.
