Madani Masjid is a is a not-for-profit, religious and non-political organization established in 2004 and a Islamic house of worship in the Woodside, Jackson Heights, Elmhurst, Maspeth area.
- embarked its journey on March 10, 2004, where ten honorable brothers rented a retail space including a basement located in 71-05 Woodside Ave to unite the Muslim community off Woodside, Elmhurst, Mas
peth in Queens and establish a place of worship. Offering daily 5 times prayer, Friday Jumuah Prayers, Weekend Islamic School, Eid Prayers, Daily Iftars and Taraweeh during the blessed of Ramadan, Madani Masjid was unable to accommodate all congregants due to limited space. With the grace of Allah (swt) , in the year 2010, Madani Masjid was able to sign a contract to purchase a Korean Church, our current location 41-51 69 Street, for $950,000. With the purchase of the new building, Madani Masjid was able to provide its current services at large while being able to accommodate a larger number of congregants. Open everyday, Madani masjid current services include daily 5 times prayer, Friday Jumuah Prayers, Weekend Islamic School, Daily Iftars and Taraweeh during the blessed of Ramadan, Eid Prayers, Weekly Saturday Darsul Quran Programs, Janazah Services, Nikkah Services, Youth Events, Lectures from International Scholars, hosting Community Events, Food Drives during the Pandemic, Relief Fund to Rohingya, Bangladesh, and other parts of the world, Conferences, leading Madani Masjid to become a focal point of the community. With the objective to create an Islamic Center to cater the Muslim Community and society, Madani Masjid was able to sign a contract for the next door building in 2019 for $1.2 million dollars.
