Heritage Baptist Church We are the church of Jesus Christ in Manhattan's heart, reaching much people who are His and being His voice to our city!

Christians who move into our area or who are looking for a Bible believing church are welcome at Heritage Baptist Church. To be helpful in your search for a new church home, we want you to know that we have a family atmosphere. We worship God with great hymns of the faith. We do not seek to conform to worldly music standards. (Romans 12:1-2) You can come in a suit and tie or you can wear casual clothes. We have age segregated Sunday School, Children’s Church, and child care. Holding to a dispensationalist and premillennial view of scripture, our theology is not reformed or amillennial, so, we are not Calvinists. (2 Timothy 2:15) Our leaders hold to a cessasionist view of sign gifts of the Spirit, so you will not find any tongues speaking in our services. (1 Corinthians 13:8) Finally, we do love and use the King James Version in our public services, but we are not “KJV only.” If you have any further questions or need clarification, please feel free to call us at 212-947-5316! I have included this brief summary to help church goers find a quick specific answer to some questions you may have, but this short statement is no substitute for a conversation I would love to have with you.

Mark 5:21–34 Sometimes we come to Jesus with strong faith. Other times, our faith is trembling, confused, and imperfect. We may even wonder whether we have enough faith to approach Him. The story of the woman with the issue of blood reminds us of a wonderful truth: We do not come to a perfect Savi...
