2 THOUGHTS FOR TODAY

1) When the light of the Holy Spirit invades your life it reveals our true condition before Him

The Holy Spirit illuminates
The Holy Spirit initiates
The Holy Spirit infiltrates

2) We need to learn not just to watch for Jesus

But we need to learn to watch with Him

For the things He is watching for

Jesus watched for the Father
Jesus watched for the hurting
Jesus watched for the broken
Jesus watched for the lost

TRUE SUCCESS comes not from what you can do for God

But from what God can do within you!!!!

Phil 4:13– I can do all through Christ who strengthens me

TRUE JOY comes from seeing all of eternity!!! Which is before you

So that you can endure the here and now!!! Which you are in!!!

TRUE PEACE comes from knowing that God is Greater in all your trials

What was meant for evil in your life

God can bring Good out of it!!!

2 of David’s Great sins

God brought good out of

1. David numbered his troops Which he violated Gods command
As a result 70,000 of his men died

As a result of that defeat David went out and bought the threshing floor of Araunah

This is the same threshing Floor

In which the temple was built on

2. great sin was his fornacation
With Bathsheba

The result of that Failure

Solomon was born

And it was Solomon who built on that same ground

The Lord His temple

What the enemy would mean for evil God can use for the good

IM WITH YOU THROUGH THE STORMS OF LIFE

Matt 14:25-29

And in the fourth watch of the night he came to them, walking on the sea. But when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were terrified, and said, “It is a ghost!” and they cried out in fear. But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid.”
And Peter answered him, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.” He said, “Come.” So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus.

Jesus never asked Peter to walk on water

It was Peter who asked Jesus to command him to come out of the boat

What Jesus did command was that in there storm

They would take heart
They would not fear
They would know he was there

What ever storm you might be going through in your life or your family

The Lord would say to you

That you can take heart and not fear because I am with in the midsts of it ALL

GODS WORKING IT OUT

Rom 8:28-And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Know this one truth!!!!!

When God says all things
He means all things

Your failures
Your mistakes
Your inconsistency
Your confusion
Your pains

God will work it all out for HIS GOOD

Your only responsibilities is to LOVE GOD!!!!

And to NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!

Sometimes God will use your captivity

Whether it is SICKNESS—BROKEN DREAMS BROKEN PROMISES

to propel you to your God ordained destination!!!

A perfect example is in the life of Jonah!!! God used the captivity of a whales belly to propel Jonah to the shores Nineveh

ORDAINED DETOURS

John 4:4-Now he had to go through Samaria. So he came to a town in Samaria called Sychar, near the plot of ground Jacob had given to his son Joseph. Jacob’s well was there, and Jesus, tired as he was from the journey, sat down by the well. It was about noon.
When a Samaritan woman came to draw water, Jesus said to her, “Will you give me a drink?”

1. there are some things we need to go through

Even though Jesus was headed towards Galilee

There was a woman by a well who needed salvation

2. the life you touch through your going through something Has the ability to increase

This woman was able to touch the lives of many in her hometown

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Jeremiah 29:1-14

29:1–Gods Leaders & His people were taken in captivity

Priest
Prophet
People

29:3–Jeremiah sends a God inspired message

He tells them that there present situation He has allowed to happen

29:4-6—But even in your captivity I want you to be productive

Build houses
Plant gardens
Get married
Have children

Increase in captivity

Don’t wait for your circumstances to change
Don’t wait for your deliverance to happen

Increase where you are at
Increase through your circumstances
Increase in your captiv

Just wanted to touch base with Families and Friends of HIS MINISTRY!!!! The Lord has been stirring my heart once again for Staten Island!!! I am sending out a Clarion Call for a group of Prayer WARRIORS for the Staten Island Area!!!

4 specific Areas to pray for

1) Pray that God would BREAK up the follow ground of Apathy—Lukewarmness—And Addiction
2) Pray that God would raise up a Gideon Army of Committed—Courageous—-And Chosen Warriors
3) Pray for a Strategic location that we could meet at to Equip—Worship—-Win the lost to Christ
4) Pray that the Lord would provide the needed resources make all of this possible

Eph 3:19–Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
