01/01/2026
To My Elements Church Family,
As 2025 comes to a close and we step into 2026 together, I wanted to pause and simply say thank you. Thank you for trusting me with the sacred responsibility of serving as your senior pastor during this tender and transformative season of rebuilding and renewal. When I reflect on how far we have come since Efrain passed away, my heart is filled with both humility and deep gratitude. It has been an honor to walk alongside you, and I never take that privilege lightly.
Together, we have journeyed through grief, uncertainty, and significant change. We have made space to honor the legacy of what once was, even while holding the real tension of becoming something new. For me, rebuilding Elements has never been primarily about structures, branding, or even a mission statement. I truly believe God called me to lead this church because He saw hearts that needed care, wounds that needed true healing, and trust that needed to be gently restored. We are learning—sometimes slowly, sometimes courageously—to trust ourselves, one another, and most importantly, to trust Him again. I have been a daily witness to this progress, and it has been needed holy ground.
As I look ahead, I know there is still much work to be done. Healing takes time, and growth requires patience. Yet, I believe with my whole heart that the same God who has carried us this far will continue to guide, strengthen, and shape us. He is present in this work, faithfully forming us into a community that is authentic, rooted in truth and love, and overflowing with grace. We are not finished yet, and even more beautifully, God is not finished with us yet.
I am deeply thankful for each of you. I look forward to all that God will continue to do in and through us. I love you all.
With deep gratitude, hope, and love,
Celeste
