If you would like to help a few of our new CRI students with their program fees and living expenses, please contact us! Students will live in NYC for 9 months as they learn how to minister in the urban context. We provide the program curriculum, housing, utilities, Wi-Fi internet access, 3 meals per day, ministry materials, transportation and group outings
to NYC attractions all for $750 per month or just $6,000 upfront. We're looking for a few people to assist with scholarships for of our amazing students. What an amazing mission field to learn urban ministry!

New York City is a 304 square mile home to over 8.5 million people who speak more than 200 different languages. Only 52% of New York City residents claim a religion, and out of that percentage less than 4% claim Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Take a tour of City Reach Institute located in Astoria, Queens NYC!

City Reach Institute is NYSUM (New York School of Urban Ministry, Inc.) answer to training the next generation of leaders, as we guide our students through a Christ-Centered Discipleship Program. Students 18-30 travel from around the country to find and refine their ministry calling.

This is an all-inclusive program that will spiritually and mentally prepare you for ministry by providing an amazing in class curriculum with sessions taught by current ministry leaders, and weekly hands-on urban ministry experience in the vast mission field of NYC.

It is the goal of the CRI staff to use our ministry partnerships around the country and world to place our graduates directly into a ministry career or higher education program, to fulfill our vision of training ministry leaders and serving the urban church.
