Christmas in July is back! 🎄🏄🏻‍♀️

The Junior Board of Catholic Charities of New York is excited to announce that tickets are now on sale for our annual fundraising event benefiting the Saint Nicholas Project.

We’re thrilled to host this year’s event at the Ivory Peacock on July 16th from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Join us for an evening of delicious food, festive cocktails, exciting auction items, and great company, all in support of a wonderful cause.

🌱 Service in full bloom!

This week, our Junior Board rolled up their sleeves to help prepare the community garden for planting season. Together, they refreshed the garden beds with fresh soil, cleared away weeds, and got everything ready for new vegetable seedlings.

The vegetables grown here each summer become a vital resource for the nonprofit’s food pantry, helping make fresh and nutritious options more accessible for our neighbors in need. We’re so proud of our Junior Board for helping plant the seeds, literally and figuratively, for a healthier community! 💚🥕🍅

Today we celebrate the birth of Jesus, the greatest gift of all. We’re so grateful for each of you and for the chance to serve with love and faith. As we gather with loved ones, we invite you to pause and pray with us:

Lord Jesus,
We thank You for coming into the world as light, hope, and love.
Fill our hearts with Your peace,

This years St. Nicholas Shopping Day with was bigger than ever. Together we shopped for 150 families in need of winter clothing just in time for Christmas! 🎄 what a blessing to meet so many volunteers of all ages come together to pick out coats and sweaters for their fellow New Yorker. We are so grateful to everyone who came to this year's Christmas In July Benefit to make St Nicholas Shopping Day possible. See you all again in 2026!
