New Dorp Baptist Church New Dorp Baptist is a great place to find encouragement and fellowship,
as we gather, grow and go! This is what the Word of God refers to as making disciples.

At New Dorp Baptist Church, our mission is simple:
To join God in the renewal of all things through Jesus Christ. Gathering
We believe that God has called us to gather regularly to express our love and appreciation for all He has done and is doing among us and through us. We also gather to love, encourage, and strengthen one another through the mutual exercise of the gifts God has given to each of His followers. Growing
We believe that every genuine Christian will grow in their likeness and obedience to Jesus Christ, through the means that He has so graciously provided. We are blessed by God to be His instruments for real change in the lives of His followers. Going
We believe that God desires to display His beauty and glory to all humankind. To that end, joining God in the renewal of all things through Jesus Christ means that we are to go and tell others, locally and globally, about the good news of salvation for the forgiveness of sin. This is a costly call, requiring a sacrificial lifestyle, forfeiting short-term pleasures for eternal rewards.

Good Friday. 6PM.

We gather to slow down and remember the sacrifice that changed everything.

The cross was not the end. It was the way.

This past Sunday was more than a moment, it was a reminder. As we celebrated the triumphant entry of our King, hearts were stirred, faith was strengthened, and joy filled the house.

Now we step into Holy Week with expectation. The story isn’t just something we remember—it’s something we live. Let’s lean in, stay present, and prepare our hearts for what’s ahead.

Church family—what a Sunday.

Yesterday, we were reminded that when we see scarcity, Jesus reveals His sufficiency (Matthew 14:13–21). The disciples didn’t have enough—until they placed what they had in Jesus’ hands.

And the best part? Jesus doesn’t just give bread… He is the Bread of Life (John 6).

If you’ve been feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or “not enough,” this message was clear: don’t start with the math—start with surrender. Bring what you have to Jesus. Open hands. Big God.

You can be tired and still be faithful.

You can be weary and still keep showing up.
Don’t confuse exhaustion with failure.

God is still working—even when you don’t see it yet.

The harvest is coming. Stay steady. 🌱

This week’s message challenged us to stop treating prayer like a spare tire and start treating it like a steering wheel—something we hold daily, not only in emergencies.

Let’s build steady habits now, so we’re ready when life gets loud.

Join us this Sunday at 10:30am—come worship with us, and bring someone with you.
