Congregation Beit Simchat Torah (CBST) is a vibrant spiritual community and a progressive voice within Judaism. Founded in 1973, CBST attracts and welcomes gay men, le****ns, bisexuals, transgender, q***r and straight individuals and families who share common values. We're in a brand-new building on 130 West 30th Street (30th between 6th and 7th Avenues). It's an unbelievable place, and there's al

Hi Aleinu! Looking for a great way to get into the Purim spirit? Come to Hamantaschen baking this Monday, led by Karen Benezra. Have a beer and a slice and enjoy great conversation while you bake up a storm!

Next Monday, March 18, get into the Purim spirit with some hamentashen baking! Baking begins at 6:30pm and continues through the evening, when we'll provide pizza and soft drinks; bring your own drinks to share. Learn to create some great "alterna-tash" flavors. Suggested $10 donation at the door.
