Jumuah Mubarak! This supplication is a reminder that no matter how overwhelming life may feel, nothing is beyond Allah’s power to lighten. What seems impossible to us can become effortless when He opens the way.

So on this Jumuʿah, raise your hands and whisper this duʿa. Ask Allah to turn your burdens into ease, your struggles into strength, and your path into one filled with His mercy.

May every step you take be softened by His help, and may your heart find rest in knowing He is with you.

Difference of opinion is not a reason to think poorly of one another.
When qualified scholars differ on an issue, we should approach it with humility, respect, and good character, not by speaking ill of those who follow a valid scholarly opinion. 🤲

The Prophet ﷺ taught us to avoid doubtful matters, but personal caution should not be mistaken for absolute law. There is wisdom in following what brings you closer to Allah while also respecting legitimate differences among qualified scholars.

Can you pray on a mat? 🤔 Absolutely! Whether you’re praying on a rug, carpet, or prayer mat, what’s important is that your sujood is performed properly. Your forehead should press firmly enough that the surface beneath compresses, fulfilling the requirement of prostrating on the ground. Small rulings like these help us perform our salah with confidence and care, ensuring we’re worshipping Allah in the best way we can. 🤍

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ never approached people with harshness—he was sent as a mercy to all the worlds. If we hope for Allah’s mercy, then we must strive to show mercy to His creation.
"The people who show mercy will be shown mercy by the Most Merciful. Have mercy upon the people of the earth and the One in the heavens will have mercy upon you."
May Allah make mercy the foundation of our words, our actions, and the way we treat every person we encounter. 🤍

Jumuah Mubarak. How eager are you to meet Allah?

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him…” [Sahih Bukhari 6507]

The Prophet ﷺ also taught us to ask Allah:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ لَذَّةَ النَّظَرِ إِلَى وَجْهِكَ، وَالشَّوْقَ إِلَى لِقَائِكَ
“O Allah, I ask You for the delight of gazing upon Your Face, and the longing to meet You.” [Sunan an-Nasa’i 1306]

This is a duʿāʾ for hearts that know this world is only a stop along the way.

It is for the believer whose greatest joy is not in what is gained here, but in the promise of a meeting with their Lord — a meeting without fear, without grief, only peace and honor.

O Allah, as Your Beloved Messenger ﷺ turned to You in love and yearning, so we too ask with hearts full of hope. Grant us a heart that never tires of longing for You, and a meeting with You that surpasses every joy of this world. Ameen.
