In September 2011, Stepping Up and Out Ministries was birthed by divine instruction. Led by Pastor Mechel Phillpotts and guided by the Holy Spirit, nine visionary women were chosen and trained holistically—igniting transformation in ministry, entrepreneurship, marriages, and motherhood. 🙌🏾🔥
