Reporter: is Nontology a philosophical system?
Nontologist: No. even though it borrows some of the forms of philosophy and science, the nature of the philosophical enterprise has always been to orientate itself with "truth". Nontology is not quite truth (aletheia), rather it is the study of that which opens the possibility of truth and falsehood, philosophy and ignorance, God and Satan, etc.
This "possibility", "Opening" is prior to all worldly event as such, considering it allows their existence "to be" ; Therefore, Nontology focuses on revealing the existence of this "unreality"- and the unreality of existence.
Reporter: what is Nontology?"
Nontology is a manner of thinking that cannot be summed up under the question "what is". This is a result of the fact that we have eliminated the "origin of knowledge", as the question "what is" asks "where did Nøntølogy begin".
Reporter: what are some of the central themes of Nontology?
Nontologist: I will attempt to answer this question as clear as possible, even though the very nature of our program here fundamentally rejects it.
The primary movement of Nontology is to no longer operate from the centrum (center, central), "essence", "Genesis", thematics, core, root- but to open at an OCCULTED CENTER, by that I mean, a "centerless center", whose very activity is the total reservoir of all human knowledge and ignorance.
Reporter: why do you have recourse to this "centerless center", as you call it, and not- as in traditional systems- an essential core of the subject or nucleus?
Nontologist: this is a result of the fact that THERE NEVER WAS A CENTER of knowledge or science that all ideas revolve around like a well-regulated planetary body.
In every system, from theology to psychology, science, philosophy, in short, the entire organized body of human knowledge, is haunted (phantasmology) by this terrible asymmetry, occultation, and encrypted "other" , "Non", "Not That" openness that escape ALL CLASSIFICATIONS ACCORDING TO THE CODE.
Nontology then is the study of this namelessness and silence. Therefore, it must operate in accordance with another model, another center, another polyhedron that is both at play in every system and absent from historical spotlights. We are new eyes illuminating new sights/sites.
Reporter: I see. How do you intend to do this?
Nontologist: since this Non is already occulted ON THE INSIDE of every subject of enquiry, for us, all we would have to do is to REDISCOVER IN ALL THE WORLD TEXT WHAT WROTE ITSELF. In other words, we would be highlighting, for example, the point of transcendence where an ideology goes beyond the very bounds that it invented for itself.
An example of this in theology is the "Translucifer" where both Christ and Satan are referred to by the same moniker, the "Morning Star". This naming (nomos) is concrete evidence of a other logic at play in the realm of theology. It opens to a multiple and dynamic polymorphism. This means it cannot be held in check by the fences of one-sided or linear conceptions.
