Spiritualist Church Of New York City Spiritualism is the religion and way of life that derives hope and love from the many channels of communication with those on the other side. 1.

We believe in Infinite Intelligence.
2. We believe that the phenomena of Nature, both physical and spiritual, are the expression of Infinite Intelligence.
3. We believe that understanding and living in accordance with the Laws of Nature constitute true religion.
4. We believe the existence and identity of the individual continue after death.
5. We believe that communication with those that have pa

ssed is a fact, as demonstrated by the phenomena of Spiritualism.
6. We believe that the highest morality is contained in the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
7. We affirm the moral responsibility of individuals, and that we make our own happiness or unhappiness as we obey or disobey Nature’s physical and spiritual laws.
8. We affirm that the doorway to reformation is never closed against any soul here or hereafter.
9. We affirm that the precepts of Prophecy and Healing are Divine attributes proven through Mediumship.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR: The Spiritualist Church of NYC will present a celebration of life for William “Bill” Lewis, a hugely talented pianist, opera and musical director, singer, teacher, and composer. Bill helped the church behind the scenes and presented a great fundraising concert a year ago. We will gather Saturday, Aug. 29, 4 pm at The Church of Saint Paul & Saint Andrew at 263 West 86th St., New York, NY 10024. The event will take place in the chapel. Here is a link to his concert:

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
1.) Come to our free in-person service on Tuesday, August 11, at 7 pm at the lecture hall of the Quest Bookshop, 240 E 53rd St, New York, NY 10022. Our service will feature a guided, healing meditation, an inspirational talk, and a few messages from the other side.

3.) We will have more details soon, but we are holding a celebration of life event for opera, musical director, pianist, singer, and composer William “Bill” Lewis on Saturday, August 29, 4 pm, at the Church of St. Paul and St. Andrew in Manhattan. Bill was a big supporter of the church and last year performed a concert fundraiser for a special fund in honor of SCNYC founder Stephen Robinson.
