Welcome to The Brick Church! 🤍

This October, we welcomed 31 new members, each bringing their own faith journey, gifts, and experiences to our church family.

On Sunday, October 18, new members gathered with church officers at the Manse for a joyful reception hosted by Pastor Tom Evans. It was a wonderful afternoon of conversation, connection, and new friendships.

We’re grateful God has brought us together and look forward to growing in faith and serving alongside one another. Please join us in welcoming our newest members!

Tartans, bagpipes, and a joyful morning at The Brick Church!

On Sunday, October 18, our annual Kirkin’ of the Tartan service brought generations together to celebrate our Scottish heritage and Reformed tradition through worship, music, and fellowship.

Thank you to our tartan bearers, musicians, and all who joined us for this cherished tradition!

The Brick Church’s Prayer Shawl Ministry recently gathered for a wonderful evening of fellowship, friendship, and faith!

More than knitting, this ministry brings people together to share God’s love and comfort with those in need of prayer and care.

No knitting experience necessary! Whether you knit, fringe, write notes, deliver shawls, pray, host, or simply enjoy good company, there’s a place for you. We’d love for you to join us! 🧶

Our performance of Brahms’ Ein Deutsches Requiem is just one month away, and we are honored to welcome an exceptional group of musicians to Brick Church. Join us on Sunday, November 8th at 4PM for a moving afternoon of music, offered free of charge, and centered on themes of hope, comfort, and healing.

We are especially pleased to welcome soprano soloist Liz Lang, a distinguished crossover artist whose work spans opera, concert music, musical theater, jazz, and more. She has performed with acclaimed ensembles including St. John’s Ensemble in Chicago, Voices of Ascension, Modus Operandi Orchestra, and Riverside Orchestra, and has appeared at Carnegie Hall and the Salzburg Festival.

Take a listen to her interpretation of Korngold’s “Sterbeleid”. We look forward to sharing Liz’s remarkable voice in this profound and beautiful work with our community.
