📹 Clip from our recent workshop Freedom From Craving: The Four Noble Truths.

⭐️ All of our unhappiness, suffering, and anxiety is rooted in craving.

⭐️ If we understand the relationship between craving and pain and identify the root of our craving, we can start to let it go

⭐️ The result? A contented, joyful mind that enjoys life without relying on specific experiences, pleasures or preferences.

Stop by our main center for daily classes and weekly workshops for more practical Buddhist Teachings.

Highest Yoga Ta**ra is the quick path to enlightenment. It is like a vast ocean of teachings, but if we get the fundamentals and priorities right in our practice, everything will flow joyfully and wonderfully.

In this course, we will understand the three bringings, how we can create an enlightened world through imagination, the power of mantra, and how to build a regular Ta***ic practice.

This workshop is only for those with a Highest Yoga Ta**ra empowerment. If there is any doubt about whether you are qualified please email [email protected] for approval.

All of our unhappiness, suffering, and anxiety is rooted in craving. This is explained in Buddha’s first teachings on the four noble truths. In this workshop, we will look at the precise relationship between craving and pain including how to identify the root of our craving and let it go. The result? A contented, joyful mind that enjoys life without relying on specific experiences, pleasures or preferences. This keeps us feeling grounded and strong—which helps us and our community.

Everyone is welcome!

August 15th 🙌

Join us for a special class designed for parents and children to explore meditation together and create a family meditation practice. While the class is especially suited for kids ages 6–11, younger and older children are welcome!

Each session will include a guided, ten-minute meditation, a dharma teaching geared for families and a fun art activity or game to reinforce what we learned.

This workshop will meet on the 3rd Saturday of the month through August, focusing on themes such as compassion, love, patience, and healthy ways to handle strong emotions. No registration is needed and families can join any class at their convenience.

We may often feel that our anger is justified or necessary to get things done. In reality, there is no need for anger!

Anything allegedly “accomplished” by anger can be more effectively and beneficially resolved with patience, wisdom and compassion. In this half-day course, we will learn how to identify the mind of anger and how to replace it with these beneficial mindsets.

Everyone is welcome!
