I remember the first time I met Monsignor was on Good Friday here when they still did abortions. I remember it was chilly and they after we prayed from the Helpers book we went over to choices, and there was a bus of CFR’s there. Good memories!

🚨 Pope Leo XIV has delivered a hard hitting speech to EU leaders, calling out the 'rejection of the Christian inspiration of the founding fathers of the EU'

He also said that Europe is facing 'DRASTIC STERILITY' because 'too many have been deprived of the right to be born' and 'because there has been a failure to pass on the material and cultural tools that young people need to face the future'

My wife and I spent the better have of 10-15 years traveling from Philadelphia to Brooklyn to just be with Msgr. Reilly and Sr. Precious. We would go up many months out of the year, sometimes monthly. Just to be in their presence and to learn at the feet of Msgr was one of the biggest blessings and honors of our lives.

In these photos you will see Msgr, Sr. Precious, Sr. Eileen, Dr. David and Dr. Monica and John Foley. All super dedicated Helpers.

Dr. David and Monica were from China and found Msgr by “chance” (“a divine set-up” as Msgr was fond of saying) knocking on his church door after they left China.

John was known for photography and filming just about all of Msgr’s homilies and the prayer vigils.

This is a short story about my Mom, Frances Moore (Reilly), describing the passing of her husband, Peter, who died from pancreatic cancer at 40 years of age, and leaving her with seven children to raise from ages 4 though 17. With her conception of her fifth child, named Barbara, the doctor recommended to abort the child because she was diagnosed with German measles. Mom told the doctor there was no way she would give up the child. Barbara is now an oncologist nurse, and kept a watch on mom while she battled cancer later on in her senior years.

In 1989, Mom, invited by her brother, Monsignor Philip Reilly, became one of five members to help start the Helpers of God's Precious Infants. She describes her encounters with the woman who were considering abortion.

It was Monsignor Philip Reilly who was sent all around the world to introduce and lead the Helpers of God's Precious Infants' prayer vigils, in order to save innocent babies and to convert hearts of all those involved.

Her life was filled with much joy, as you can see, as she answers the questions presented by Ed Wilkerson of the New York City Catholic newspaper, The Table, with simple and beautiful responses.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Michael Guidone. A great Helper in Connecticut!

Michael L. Guidone, 47, of Hamden, died June 25th, 2025 at Yale New Haven Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Kerry A. Marcio Guidone for 25 years. Mike was born in New Haven, on February 7,1978, the son of Mary Landino Guidone and the late Michael Guidone and resided in Hamden all of his life. He was a graduate of Notre Dame High School and graduated from Quinnipiac College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He then went on to become a Certified Public Accountant for 25 years. He was a Eucharistic Minister for Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He served, along with his wife, as director of The Helpers of God's Precious Infants, a pro-life apostolate in New Haven. There was no greater love than the love Mike had for his wife and children. He was a devoted husband and father.
