Largest North American Latin festival-The 116th St Festival has begun! The music is thumping, meat is roasting, and neighbors are setting up shop on the sidewalks and street here at 117th and 3rd Ave! Free water, Bibles, and gospel tracts are what we’re serving on our table at CCC today!
