As we continue to celebrate Black History Month we want to remind you that Love is far greater than Hate. You can win more by loving others than tearing them down. We should take a page out of Dr. King’s book and choose love. This world needs his message just as much today if not more than it did in years past. We love you but God loves you most! Choose the love portion today

Its the first day of a new month which so happens to celebrate the magic of Black people and all our contributions to history.

This month we’ll highlight black inventors, historians, athletes, business men/women, clergy, etc.

Our history is rich and is necessary for the world to know. Let’s honor those who have pathed the way for our present and opened the door to our future.

This week will be one of reflection…Each day we will pray for specific things we’re grateful for. Today we focus on FAMILY.

There’s nothing like the love of family! Ones you can count on and trust to give you sound advice. No family is perfect but love is the core of what binds us. Whether blood related or love related today let’s offer THANKS for the gift of family.

Father we thank you for giving us family. Thank you for blessing us with those that love & care about us. Thank you for covering, healing, and protecting our families throughout the year. Thank you for knowing our needs and providing for us. We give thanks to you Lord for ALWAYS being our good good Father and knowing what’s best for our lives. As we gather this week Lord help us to committ to being better and doing better towards one another. Help us to love each other just as you commanded and to make daily efforts to be kind. Father we’re grateful for family and ask you bless all of ours as we give thanks in this season…In Jesus name Amen

We’re in a season of REVIVAL

Psalm 51:10 “ Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.”

Lord reignite our passion and desire to love, serve, and honor you. Father help us to shift our focus from ourselves to your will and the assignments you’ve called us to. Lord we don’t want to disappoint you but we want to please you. Revive our interests for ministry and to carry out your will for our lives. We pray against fear & doubt and begin to walk courageously by faith that you will see us through this new season.

Before 2021 ends you’re going to see what you speak! Ask God to give you clear direction in the next few months.

Father revive our passions, ambition, and determination in this season. Help us to see YOU in all we endeavor to do. Let our fire for your word and life application be reignited. We trust YOUR will for our lives and thank you in advance for what you will reveal to us, in Jesus name…Amen

Today’s message:

Simple...Stay Connected to the source that gives us life...Jesus Christ.

Daily we connect to each other, social media, the news, the latest trends etc. All these things are a part of our lives in some aspect but as Believers they don’t provide us with what we truly need to live our lives.

Remember Christ is our source and as extensions of Him we have the roots of Salvation to remind us of who He is in our lives.

Listen we’re at the halfway mark of the year take a look at the goals you set in January and measure your progress.

Its not too late to Reset & Refocus! Don’t be discouraged keep your mind set on obtaining what God has given you for 2021. Stay connected to God’s word as you pursue each goal and trust He will provide whats needed to achieve them.
