JESUS HAS NOT FORGOTTEN YOU | YOUR BREAKTHROUGH IS COMING
My dear brothers and sisters…
If you are watching this message right now, I want you to hear this with your heart.
Jesus has not forgotten you.
I don't know what you've been praying about.
I don't know how long you've been waiting.
I don't know how many nights you've cried when nobody was watching.
But I came to remind you today…
God has not forgotten you.
You may feel forgotten.
You may feel overlooked.
You may feel like everyone else is moving forward while you're standing in the same place.
You may look around and wonder:
“God, when is my turn?”
“When will my situation change?”
“When will my prayer be answered?”
“When will this pain finally end?”
But listen carefully…
Silence does not mean God has abandoned you.
Sometimes God is working in places you cannot see.
Sometimes God is preparing something you cannot understand.
And sometimes the greatest work God does in your life happens during the season when you think nothing is happening.
Think about Joseph.
Joseph had a dream from God.
But after receiving the dream…
He was betrayed by his own brothers.
He was thrown into a pit.
He was sold into slavery.
He was falsely accused.
He was imprisoned.
Can you imagine what Joseph must have felt?
He had a promise…
But his circumstances looked completely opposite to the promise.
The dream said one thing…
His life looked like another.
Maybe that's where you are today.
God gave you a dream…
But your circumstances don't look anything like it.
You prayed for restoration…
But things got worse.
You prayed for your family…
But your family became more divided.
You prayed for financial breakthrough…
But the bills kept coming.
You prayed for healing…
But you're still waiting.
You prayed for an opportunity…
But every door seemed to close.
And you're asking:
“God, where are You?”
My friend…
God was with Joseph in the pit.
God was with Joseph in slavery.
God was with Joseph in prison.
And God was with Joseph when he finally entered his season of promotion.
The prison wasn't the end of Joseph's story.
And your current situation is not the end of your story.
Your chapter may be painful…
But God is still writing your story.
Don't judge God's entire plan by one difficult chapter.
You may be in a chapter called waiting…
But that doesn't mean your story ends there.
You may be in a chapter called disappointment…
But that doesn't mean God has stopped working.
You may be in a chapter called preparation…
But preparation is not punishment.
Sometimes God hides you before He elevates you.
Sometimes He prepares you in private before He uses you in public.
David was anointed to be king…
But after his anointing, he still had to face the wilderness.
He still had to run.
He still had enemies.
He still had battles.
But the promise was still alive.
And eventually…
David became king.
So don't give up because your promise hasn't happened yet.
Delay is not denial.
Your timing is not God's timing.
Isaiah 40:31 says:
“Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.”
Notice the words…
Those who hope in the Lord.
Not those who never struggle.
Not those who never cry.
Not those who never feel afraid.
But those who continue to hope in God.
Maybe you're tired today.
That's okay.
Maybe you're discouraged.
That's okay.
But don't quit.
Don't walk away from God in the middle of the battle.
Don't make a permanent decision because of a temporary situation.
Hold on to Jesus.
Because Jesus is closer than you think.
The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18:
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted.”
Did you hear that?
When your heart is broken…
God is close.
When you cry…
God is close.
When you feel alone…
God is close.
When you don't understand…
God is close.
You may not feel His presence…
But your feelings don't determine His faithfulness.
God is faithful.
He was faithful yesterday.
He is faithful today.
And He will be faithful tomorrow.
Maybe you've been comparing your life to someone else's.
You look at their success…
Their house…
Their marriage…
Their career…
Their family…
Their opportunities…
And you wonder:
“Why not me?”
Stop comparing your journey to somebody else's journey.
You don't know what they went through to get there.
And you don't know what God is preparing for you.
Your journey is different.
Your timing is different.
Your calling is different.
Your story is different.
God doesn't need to copy someone else's blessing to bless you.
What God has for you will be exactly what He has designed for you.
So stop looking sideways…
And start looking upward.
Look to Jesus.
When Peter walked on the water, he was able to walk as long as he kept his eyes on Jesus.
But when he looked at the storm…
He became afraid.
And he began to sink.
Maybe that's what is happening in your life.
You're looking at the storm…
You're looking at the bills.
You're looking at the diagnosis.
You're looking at the rejection.
You're looking at the broken relationship.
You're looking at the closed door.
And you're forgetting to look at Jesus.
The storm may be big…
But Jesus is bigger.
Your problem may be impossible for you…
But nothing is impossible for God.
Your resources may be limited…
But God's power is unlimited.
Your strength may be finished…
But God's strength never runs out.
So lift your eyes.
Look toward Jesus.
Because the same Jesus who calmed the storm…
Can calm the storm in your life.
The same Jesus who fed thousands with a few loaves and fish…
Can provide for you.
The same Jesus who called Lazarus out of the grave…
Can bring dead situations back to life.
The same Jesus who forgave Peter…
Can forgive you.
The same Jesus who restored broken people…
Can restore you.
Jesus has not changed.
Hebrews 13:8 says:
“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
Your circumstances change.
People change.
Jobs change.
Money changes.
Seasons change.
But Jesus doesn't change.
That's why your hope cannot be built on circumstances.
Your hope must be built on Christ.
My friend…
Maybe you've been waiting for your breakthrough.
But while you're waiting…
God may be developing your character.
While you're waiting…
God may be increasing your faith.
While you're waiting…
God may be preparing the right people.
While you're waiting…
God may be closing doors that would have destroyed you.
Sometimes we ask:
“God, why didn't You give me that opportunity?”
And later we realize…
That closed door was protection.
Sometimes God says no because He loves you.
Sometimes He says wait because the timing isn't right.
Sometimes He redirects you because He sees what you cannot see.
So don't hate the season you're in.
Ask God:
“Lord, what are You teaching me in this season?”
“Lord, what are You preparing me for?”
“Lord, make me ready for what You have prepared.”
Because when God's timing arrives…
You won't have to force it.
You won't have to manipulate it.
You won't have to beg people for it.
What God opens, no one can shut.
So keep praying.
Keep believing.
Keep walking.
Keep trusting.
Even when you don't see the answer.
Even when heaven seems silent.
Even when people tell you to give up.
Keep your faith.
Because your God is still working.
And one day…
You may look back at this difficult season…
And realize:
“Now I understand why God told me to wait.”
Maybe the thing you cried about…
Will become the testimony you share.
Maybe the season that almost broke you…
Will become the season that built you.
Maybe the place where you felt forgotten…
Will become the place where you discovered God's faithfulness.
So don't give up.
Your story isn't over.
Let's pray.
Father God…
In the mighty name of Jesus…
I pray for every person watching this message right now.
Lord, You know their situation.
You know what they are carrying.
You know the prayers they have whispered.
You know the tears they have cried.
You know the battles they have fought.
Father…
Somebody watching this feels forgotten.
Remind them that You have not forgotten them.
Somebody feels rejected.
Remind them that they are loved by You.
Somebody feels completely exhausted.
Give them new strength.
Somebody is afraid of tomorrow.
Give them peace.
Somebody is struggling financially.
Provide for their needs according to Your will.
Somebody is waiting for healing.
Give them strength, comfort and hope.
Somebody is praying for their family.
Bring restoration and peace.
Somebody has lost their faith.
Draw them back to Jesus.
Lord…
Teach us to trust You even when we cannot see.
Teach us to wait without giving up.
Teach us to believe when circumstances say otherwise.
Help us understand that Your silence does not mean Your absence.
Help us remember that You are working behind the scenes.
Father…
We surrender our timeline to You.
We surrender our plans to You.
We surrender our fears to You.
We surrender our future to You.
Let Your will be done in our lives.
And when the answer comes…
Let us remember to give You all the glory.
Lord Jesus…
For the person who feels like giving up today…
Give them one more reason to hold on.
For the person who feels like crying…
Let Your peace cover them.
For the person who feels alone…
Remind them:
“I am with you.”
For the person who feels forgotten…
Remind them:
“I have not forgotten you.”
And for the person who is waiting…
Give them patience and faith.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ…
Amen.
My dear friend…
Before you leave this message, remember this:
God has not forgotten you.
The waiting season is not wasted.
The tears are not wasted.
The prayers are not wasted.
The battles are not wasted.
God can use every part of your story.
So keep going.
Keep praying.
Keep believing.
Keep trusting Jesus.
You may not see it yet…
But God is working.
You may not understand it yet…
But God is faithful.
And one day…
You will look back and say:
“Jesus was with me the whole time.”
Don't give up.
Your story isn't finished.
Your best days are not necessarily behind you.
Keep your eyes on Jesus.
Because the One who started a good work in you is faithful to carry it forward.

Jesus loves you.
And remember…
Jesus has not forgotten you.
