this sunday... LAUGHTER YOGA DANCE PARTY with Rosangel Perez

Join us Sunday, January 8th, 2017 at 3:30pm-5pm for unconditional laughter, dancing, hilarious expression, and meditation.

You see Laughter Yoga is more than a silly feel good class. Since we are working with the medicine of the inner child, the shifts and openings you experience here can be very profound.
How? You just have to let go, surrender, go with the flow of the class, and have fun ☺ Some of my favorite things about this class and the people who join us is that we create a safe space... here you can really let go and be yourself... (harm none of course)

Afterwards, you are invited to close out the Sunday evening with a 5pm-5:45pm prayer service in the Sanctuary led by Pastor Mark.
On average children laugh about 200 times a day, while adults laugh about 12 times a day. Let’s change that! Allow your inner child to play!!!

Here we are doing an impromptu SELFIE VIDEO to the song Bohemian Rhapsody) Before we got the idea to do this, we were all talking about how stressed and exhausted we were feeling. We were having conversations about not feeling clear and feeling so uncomfortable in our bodies... then I suggested we try this... Watch as we transform that stuck energy to create not only a healthy feel good FREE moment, but we also created a magical hilarious time. We forever have a memory of one of the funniest videos we have created thus far. A teeny example of the power we have to shift and transform. Dare to dream butterflies.

This class/playshop starts promptly at 3pm. Please arrive on time.

3pm - 3:30pm - QUIET TIME - Arrive quietly with your yoga mat, find a spot on the floor and ease yourself into the space. This is the perfect time to do some stretches on the yoga mat or sit in silence. (soft sound healing music will be playing)

3:30pm-4:00pm - DANCE YOUR DREAM TALKING STICK - How is each dreamer doing? We pass the talking stick for a quick check in...

4pm-4:50pm - PLAY TIME - Rosangel Perez guides you through fun laughter and movement exercises which include 2 minute Laughter Yoga Meditation.

4:50pm - WIND DOWN with a SLOW MOVING GRATITUDE MEDITATION
