We are proud to introduce Esther Mendelowish, a valued member of the Manhattan Beach Jewish Center and a true pillar of our community. A longtime Manhattan Beach resident, Esther has served as a dedicated board member of MBJC, devoting her time and passion to strengthening our community.

With over 20 years of experience in education and more than a decade in school leadership, Esther brings a wealth of expertise and a steadfast commitment to student growth and success. She has served as a principal for several years and is currently leading the new Brooklyn chapter of the Zucker Academy.

Zucker Academy is a private Jewish day school that offers a rigorous academic program grounded in Jewish values and tradition. The school is committed to making high-quality education accessible to all families, providing generous scholarships—including up to 100% tuition coverage for those who qualify.

Our younger group had a mock seder, each kid got a Haggadah and Matzah box :)
The Young Jewish scholar club went to the a matzah bakery and Ice cream house!
