Beulah Tabernacle is a Pentecostal / Apostolic ministry which was founded in 1986 under the auspices of Apostle Wilbur L. With the open-hearted Christian love of Deacon and Sister Mark & Jessie Elliot, their home became the cradle for this great work of God. Our ministry base is in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn, New York, bu

t our vision has reached the areas of Rosedale, Queens / Valley Stream, Long Island and Guyana. Mission Statement:

I pray that you and your families are all doing well, staying safe and warm.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: In light of the tomorrow's forecasted extreme sub-zero degree temperatures and the challenges all city neighborhoods are facing with mountains of plowed snow, now turned to ice mountains making it even more difficult and in some cases even dangerous to park, we will not gather at Refuge Church Greene Ave for tomorrow's Brooklyn Diocese Cooljc Annual Rally Day services.

AS AN ALTERNATIVE, WE WILL CONDUCT IT VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM.
