Take time to meditate on this verse and truly try to understand the goodness and grace of our Heavenly Father. By faith in His son we receive undeserved favor that can’t be bought, equated to, and never to be taken away by anybody. His mercies are new everyday and His compassions do not fail because he is a long suffering God.

If you deal with guilt or condemnation meditate on this verse and submit all your being unto Him because everyday alive is another chance.

Narrow is the way the leads to everlasting life. Hard is the way that leads to everlasting life. Costly is the way that leads to everlasting life. Hated is the way that leads to everlasting life.

If the way of Jesus was east everyone would do it. There wouldn’t be any other faith and the world would be peaceful. But in reality this walk gets tougher after you believe in Jesus because it detaches you from everything the world says is good. The lust of the eyes and flesh. Dishonest gain. Sexual immorality. Violence. Drunkenness and much more. Living in a corrupted flesh we all the worldly way of living is fun and satisfying for the moment but that’s all it is. Momentary pleasure that leads to death.

People living the worldly life are never satisfied and are always seeking more to please them for the moment. There is no long term future in their pursuits. The world tell them love for the moment but we live for the future. Our future is in the kingdom of heaven and true believers remember that.

Anything worth having is hard but rewarding. So let’s be faithful unto God our Father and receive life eternal.

O ye of little faith…

A common theme within modern Christianity during this attack on faith, is to “follow the laws of the land because the Bible tells us so.” While this is correct, it is applied wrong today. To adhere to social distancing rules because we’re told to isn’t biblical.

Let’s take Jesus’ example when he commissioned the 12 apostles to “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.”
‭‭(Matthew‬ ‭10:8‬)

Healing the sick? Cleansing lepers? Casting out demons? Doesn’t sound like much social distancing.

Even in Leviticus with the law of leprosy, one was not to touch one with this disease but Jesus did and healed the man because of his FAITH (Luke 17:19)

How can we as believers be Salt and light to this world if we move like those that are of it? How can we make impact if we don’t rely on the spirit? How save souls if we lack the faith?

Change is impossible if we don’t know nor follow the commands of our king Jesus.

THE DAY OF THE LORD
Not to be confused with the rapture, is when God enters into judgement with the nations in the valley of Jehoshaphat (Armageddon) over the captivity of His TRUE people (Joel 3:2). Many Christians are deceived into believing we will all escape persecution before the Antichrist but that is a false hope. Christ wouldn’t tell us to be watchful of the times or that He will come as a thief in the night if we were to escape trouble. What’s the point? He who ENDURES until the END shall be saved not he who escapes trouble. What happens when all your life you were told and believed that you would just be snatched up and away from trouble until to see the opposite happen? Rapture doctrine was only a set up for people to have false hope and weak faith. The goal from satan is to cause your eyes and heart to fail in the face of trouble so that when his beast system is in full effect you would be too weak in Christ/faith to stand strong.

Some may say the day of the Lord has happened already but how so? How many times has God darkened the sun and moon or caused the stars to fall? The earth to be shaken? How we also can know that the day of the Lord is a future event and not a past one is because often times the day of the Lord is referred to as “in those days.” What else is referred to as “in those days?” The end of times. By ignoring the wording of the Bible we miss revelation and wait for a false period or messiah to come leading us into destruction.
