Knights of Columbus - St. Joseph's Council #443 Catholic Men's Fraternal Organization located in Northern Manhattan. St.

Joseph's Council #443 of the Knights of Columbus was founded in 1899 and serves the parishes of Good Shepherd in Northern Manhattan and the Church of the Visitation in the Bronx. We seek to promote our Catholic faith and values through various social and charitable activities designed to promote our principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism. In the past, we have organized communion b

reakfasts, fish frys, veterans appreciation nights, care package and cell phones for soldiers drives, organized fundraisers for missions in San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala and Cite Soleil, Haiti. We support the KofC New York State Chapter Charitable & Benevolent Drive and the Bronx-Manhattan-Staten Island Chapter Calvary Hospital Drive. We participate in the New York City Veterans Day parade and the Inwood Memorial Day Parade. We organize Christmas caroling at Schervier Nursing Home in the Bronx to bring a little Christmas cheer to the residents.

The Knights of Columbus St. Joseph Council 443 will be providing free coffee, tea, and small bites at our Sunday Community Fellowship in the Sheepfold of the Church from 9:30pm-12pm on Sunday, November 2 and December 7. 608 Isham St.

Knights of Columbus St. Joseph Council 443 came out in big numbers (far beyond these pictures) to support the installation of Fr. George Sears as pastor at Church of the Good Shepherd Inwood. The church was packed as his eminence, Cardinal Dolan and his excellency, Bishop Whalen led the congregation through a beautiful mass. Congratulations to Fr. George!

The Knights of Columbus St. Joseph Council 443 are having their annual bus trip to Gate of Heaven Cemetery on Saturday, November 1st sponsored by Riverdale Funeral Home. The bus will leave promptly at 10 a.m. in front of Good Shepherd Church.

Anyone interested in attending should stop by the Parish Office at 608 Isham St. to sign up by October 30th. Tickets are $10 per person and available only at the Parish Office.

St. Joseph's Council #443 of the Knights of Columbus was founded in 1899 and serves the parishes of Good Shepherd in Northern Manhattan and the Church of the Visitation in the Bronx. We are a volunteer group of Catholic men who seek to promote our Catholic faith and values through various social and charitable activities designed to promote our principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism.
In the past, we have organized: communion breakfasts, fish fry's, pasta nights, blood drives, and raised funds for local scholarships. In addition, we support the KofC New York State Chapter Charitable & Benevolent Drive and the Bronx-Manhattan-Staten Island Chapter Calvary Hospital Drive.
