For the first time since 2006, the New York State Homes & Community Renewal is opening its Section 8 waitlist for NYC residents on Monday, May 17th until May 28th only. All applications must be submitted online or over the phone at
833-990-4001 starting on May 17.

Priority will be given to:

* homeless households,

* individuals or families fleeing domestic violence,

* elderly households,

* and/or households with disabled or dependent children.
