A CALL TO ALL REPARATIONISTS
My Beloved consecrated religious, novices, postulants, and members,
Your time is now.
I am calling upon all Reparationists to double and triple down in prayer and fasting, to multiply their acts of reparation daily, and to pray devoutly to the Blessed Virgin.
The Middle East continues to crumble into utter chaos, and the threat of global war has never been higher. Our young military aged men are more at risk of deployment and the draft than at any other time. Many American pundits and media outlets are already pushing for war, and experts suggest the United States may eventually be dragged into a three-front war with Iran, Russia, and China. Needless to say, this is highly undesirable.
Over two years ago, we formed the Order of the Precious Blood, to respond to the cries and outrages of Modernity. We were then, at that time of origin, in deep prayer over similar global transpirations. Then, as now, the world was plunged into global conflicts, and the threat of nuclear destruction seemed unavoidable. Through our prayerful efforts, we believe that the OPB and its members made a significant impact on the quality of life, peace, and stability of the world. Through our daily acts of reparation and penance, OPB members followed biblical principles of restitution, sacrifice, and service. We obeyed Christ’s injunction in Matthew 5:26, to ‘pay every penny’ back to God. But, of course, reparation can only buy humanity extra time; it cannot delay the inevitable End.
There is, truly, no other Order in existence which is dedicated as seriously to the task of reparation. We are the ultimate soldiers of Christ, called to the front lines of spiritual warfare. Each OPB member is a living sacrifice for the conversion of sinners. We must believe strongly that our intercessory prayer is effective and powerful. We must believe that it makes a tangible difference for world peace. We must believe that without our prayers, the world might not continue to exist. We receive our injunction to pray in reparation to God, which is our particular charism, from Jeremiah 5:1, where HaShem declares, “Find a man who lives according to righteousness, and I will pardon the whole people”. You, my beloved, are each this righteous man. We should not fall into hopeless, despondency, or joy over global destruction. We are all of the type of Abraham, who interceded for S***m. He won for all humanity, the eternal promise from HaShem, that the whole people would not be destroyed, if one righteous person remained.
For all OPB members, now is the ultimate test. You who took vows are now called to place the fate of humanity upon them. You who made commitments and promises are now called to live them to the very end. Everything which you have worked for in the last two years of our time together now comes to fulfillment.
Therefore, from the deepest place of both love and admonition, I call upon each of you to take seriously the time in which we find ourselves, and to pray as though the world depended upon you. It does. I sincerely wish for the day when we can gather together again and look back on our success in averting this dire calamity which is upon us.
Let us walk together and fight the spiritual fight to the very end. The saints in Heaven are watching you intently. May Almighty God ever be your strong defender.
