Fall Festival 2026 - Open Streets East 115th Street Art and Wellness

Community Health & Wellness Initiative

Location: East 115th Street between Madison Avenue and Park Avenue, East Harlem

Featured Programming

We are excited to feature “Still Thrilling,” a 3-hour intergenerational movement workshop and creative exchange, Hosted by Dances for a Variable Population, where participants will have a dance class warm-up, collaborate on creating choreography, have a costume-making session, and then learn amended choreography from Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” to be performed at the culmination of the workshop.

We are also happy that this year's Fall Festival will feature the following resources and services, as shared by participating organizations:

Healthcare resources, supportive services, giveaways, naloxone and hygiene products

Health and wellness screenings, meals giveaway and pantry items, used clothing giveaways

Case management, rapid HIV and HCV testing, health promotion, linkage to insurance

Leadership opportunities, social support, college advising, and paid summer jobs through college graduation

Free Early Childhood Home Visiting program (ParentChild+), free fun books for toddlers and a small art activity

BP screenings, information about our Harlem Health Advocacy Partners CHW program, information about SNAP and health insurance, giveaways

Home care services; and FREE PCA training and job placement

K–5 educational programs, enrollment opportunities, free tote bags, books, and school supplies

Referrals to affiliated programs.
