Praying for the people of Colombia and the surrounding region after the earthquake today. May God’s protection and provision cover everyone affected. 🙏

Heavenly Father, we lift Colombia 🇨🇴 before You in this hour. Bring comfort to families grieving after tragedy, strength to those injured, and protection to rescuers serving with courage. Let Your peace cover every city, village, and community affected by fear, violence, displacement, and uncertainty.

We pray for wisdom, integrity, and compassion among Colombia’s leaders. Restrain violence, expose corruption, protect children and vulnerable families, and bring healing where hearts are wounded. Lord Jesus, awaken Your Church to pray, serve, and shine with hope. Restore what has been broken, unite the nation, and lead Colombia into justice, peace, healing, renewal. Amen.

🎉Congratulations to Mother Gladys Leonard! 🎉

On behalf of Global Missions, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mother Gladys Leonard on her appointment as Mother of the Caribbean at the 107th Holy Convocation of the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Mother Leonard has faithfully served the Kingdom of God for many years, including missionary service in the Dominican Republic and as Treasurer of the Leeward Islands Diocese Board. Her dedication has taken her throughout the Caribbean, where she has ministered and served in numerous COOLJC churches, leaving a lasting impact through her humility, faithfulness, and love for God's people.

We thank God for her unwavering commitment to the work of Global Missions and celebrate this well-deserved appointment. May the Lord continue to strengthen and bless Mother Leonard as she serves in this new capacity.
