“The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.”

Psalm 51:17

Repent. Repent. The greatest sacrifice to get is a broken heart, one that is lowly in spirit, or in other words: humble, one that does not look down on others. This is pleasing to God. Give him your heart. A house that I've seen was broken it was ugly and unattractive, new home owners came to buy the house. They tore down the existing house and built a new refurnished house. May I say, it looks much better. God wants to do that with your heart. Maybe there's malice, forgiveness, hurt. God wants to tear down every wall and rebuild a palace inside. The only way he can do this is through giving your life to Christ. Repeat this prayer after me: God, I surrender my life to you. I'm not perfect. Make me perfect. Let me please you in ALL my actions. I repent of my sins; I make you my Lord and Savior, in Jesus name amen.
Congratulations, you have effectively given your life to Christ, do the right thing and please him.

Pray for the safety of those going out to fix the electricity, and that the power to people’s homes would be restored, and for protection and health for those affected.

Without Christ, a person is a stranger from the covenants of promise. He doesn’t have any real hope. But as Christians, we are not strangers to the covenant promises held within God’s Word, and our God is a covenant-keeping God. Be filled with hope as you pray—for all of God’s promises in Christ are “yes and amen” (2 Corinthians 1:20)! 🙌
