I was invited to EverythingChannel.com to discuss a phenomenon in the computer
industry called Managed Services. It was introduced around 2004. We were holdouts, because we wanted to
make sure it worked well for the businesses and organizations we
support. Everything Channel (formerly CRN-TV) interviewed me in 2006 asking why I didn't opt-in. In 2009 we took the plunge, and I was interviewed a few weeks as a "follow-up". It's about 45 minutes, and has a lot of jargon, but you'll get some idea of what computer geeks say about those we support...An insider's view. Feel free to ask if you have questions! :)

We got a lot of media last week with our remote support partner NTR Support. Thanks to them, we can provide technical support (and get a look at your computer screen with your permission) from anywhere. The Boston Business Journal, Austin Business Journal, many other business journals seemed to like it.
