The little things make the biggest difference in friendships.

We often think that strong friendships just “happen”—but in reality, they thrive on small, consistent efforts. A quick check-in, a random meme, remembering an important day, or simply listening with an open heart—these moments build trust, deepen connections, and remind OUR people that they matter. ✨

Even if life gets busy, even if we don’t talk every day, the bonds we nurture will always make a difference. So let this be a reminder: Friendship isn’t about grand gestures; it’s about showing up, even in the smallest ways.

Save this post for later and tag/send this to a friend who has been showing up for you. ❤️

Join Our ✨First✨ First Friday event of 2025!

With the success of our last First Friday event, which featured a Revue—a variety show or cabaret-style program—we’re excited to bring back the same program style this month.

For February, in honor of Black History Month, our theme is Echoes: A revue of strength and possibility. This is an opportunity to reflect on the inspiring voices of the past and celebrate how their work continues to resonate today. Performers will share their talents—whether through acting, singing, dancing, storytelling, or other art forms—while connecting their performance to the theme.

First Friday is a space for pluralistic engagement, welcoming diverse perspectives into a community focused on reflection, dialogue, and shared experiences.

Take note of the event details:

When: February 7, 7:00 PM

Where: 111 E 87th St., New York, NY 10128

Fee: FREE (plus a vegetarian dinner after the program)

Tickets: Link in bio 👆🏻

On the other hand, if you’re interested to be one of the performers, we’d love to have you! Just DM us to be added to the lineup.

We look forward to seeing you there!

P.S. We will be checking the tickets at the door so don’t forget to get one!

Endings and beginnings often feel like stepping into the unknown. It takes courage to let go of what was and embrace what’s next. But each small step—no matter how uncertain—moves us forward.

Have you tried an 8 minute call yet? It can be one small step to move you forward. You can have it with a friend, or reserve a time with Chaplain Stephen. Whether you’re reflecting on the past month, setting intentions for the next, or simply seeking encouragement, this is your space to pause, connect, and find clarity.

Book your call through the link in our bio or send us a DM to schedule.

The best conversations often begin with the questions we’re hesitant to ask.

Why? Because uncomfortable questions can feel vulnerable, risky, or even intimidating. Yet, they’re the very ones that hold the power to deepen trust, strengthen connections, and nurture self-awareness. 🌱

In this post, we explore uncomfortable but healthy questions—tailored for friends, partners, family, and even yourself. These aren’t just hard questions; they’re transformative opportunities for growth, understanding, and love.

Swipe through to discover these conversation starters, and don’t forget: the magic happens when you ask with intention and listen with an open heart. ❤️

Save this post for later or share it with someone you value! Let’s build stronger, healthier relationships together. 🤝🏻
