β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ FATHER BLESS ALL WHO READ THIS PRAYER πππππ
**BEFORE YOU STEP INTO THIS DAY, GIVE GOD THE FIRST WORD**
Father,
There are mornings when we wake up and already feel behind.
Before our feet touch the floor, our minds are thinking about everything that needs to be done.
The bills.
The responsibilities.
The people who need us.
The decisions waiting for us.
And sometimes, Lord, we wake up wondering how we are going to handle everything that is ahead.
But this morning, I don't want to begin with fear.
I want to begin with You.
So, Father, I give You the first moments of this day.
Take my thoughts before they become worries.
Take my plans before they become pressure.
Take my expectations before they become disappointment.
And teach me to walk through today with a heart that trusts You.
Lord, I don't know what is waiting for me today.
There may be moments that make me smile.
There may be moments that test my patience.
There may be unexpected news.
There may be opportunities I never saw coming.
There may even be a moment when I wonder why You allowed something to happen.
But whatever this day brings, I ask You to remain at the center of it.
When I don't know what to say, give me wisdom.
When I don't know what decision to make, give me discernment.
When someone hurts me, help me respond with grace instead of anger.
When something doesn't go according to my plans, remind me that Your plans are greater than mine.
Father, I pray for the person listening right now who feels like they are carrying too much.
They may have smiled yesterday.
They may have told everyone, "I'm okay."
But You know the truth.
You know how tired they are.
You know how many things they have been carrying quietly.
So today, Lord, give them permission to breathe.
Let their shoulders relax.
Let their heart become still.
And remind them that they don't have to solve their entire life this morning.
They only need to take the next step with You.
Lord, sometimes I become so focused on where I want to go that I forget to appreciate where I am.
Help me notice today's blessings.
The morning light.
The people I love.
The simple moments.
The opportunities that seem ordinary but are actually gifts.
Don't let me rush through this day so quickly that I miss the goodness You have placed in front of me.
Father, protect my mind today.
There are enough voices competing for my attention.
Fear has a voice.
Comparison has a voice.
Regret has a voice.
Doubt has a voice.
But above all those voices, help me recognize Yours.
When the world tells me that I am falling behind, remind me that my journey does not have to look like someone else's.
When comparison tells me that I should have achieved more by now, remind me that You are still writing my story.
When regret reminds me of who I used to be, remind me of the person I am becoming through Your grace.
Lord, give me strength for today's responsibilities.
Not tomorrow's.
Not next month's.
Just today's.
Give me enough courage for today's conversation.
Enough patience for today's challenge.
Enough wisdom for today's decision.
And enough faith for today's uncertainty.
I don't need to know everything.
I just need to know that You are with me.
Father, bless the homes represented by everyone praying right now.
Bring peace where there has been tension.
Bring forgiveness where hearts have become distant.
Bring comfort where someone is grieving.
Bring hope where someone has quietly been losing it.
And bring people together who need to find their way back to one another.
Lord, watch over our loved ones wherever they may be.
Keep them safe as they travel.
Give them wisdom in their choices.
Protect them from danger.
And surround them with people who genuinely care for them.
Today, Father, I also surrender the things I cannot control.
I cannot control what other people think.
I cannot control every outcome.
I cannot control what happened yesterday.
And I cannot see everything that tomorrow will bring.
But I can choose to trust You today.
So I release my need to have every answer.
I release the pressure to make everything happen immediately.
I release the fear that if I don't control everything, everything will fall apart.
You are God.
I am not.
And there is peace in remembering that.
Father, lead me today.
If I am about to make a wrong choice, redirect me.
If I am walking toward something that will hurt me, stop me.
If I am overlooking an opportunity to bless someone, open my eyes.
If someone needs encouragement, help me notice.
And if I become discouraged, remind me how far You have already brought me.
Thank You for every prayer You answered.
Thank You for every danger I never knew You protected me from.
Thank You for every closed door that later made sense.
And thank You for the blessings I have not even recognized yet.
Today is not promised because I am strong.
It is a gift.
And I want to live it with gratitude.
So, Father, I place this entire day into Your hands.
My work.
My family.
My conversations.
My decisions.
My emotions.
My plans.
My future.
Everything.
Go before me.
Walk beside me.
And when this day becomes difficult, remind me that I don't have to walk through it alone.
Let Your peace be stronger than my anxiety.
Let Your wisdom be stronger than my confusion.
Let Your love be stronger than my fear.
And let my life today become a quiet reflection of Your goodness.
Father, thank You for this morning.
Thank You for another beginning.
Thank You for another opportunity to trust You.
I don't know exactly what today will bring.
But I know Who will be with me.
And that is enough.
In Jesus' name,
Amen.
