Ephesians 2:10
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

This word reveals the heart of God and His purposes for our life here on earth. His plans for us is always good, to give us a hope and a future. He desires that we live our life here on earth, acknowledging His will and fulfilling that will. To them that seek His will, He gives His grace that strengthens them and enables them to fulfill His will. Gods will is never easy to pursue, but to those who pursue it will find purpose with their lives here on earth.

The word here reveals to us that we are His workmanship. In other words we are His cherished creation which He desires to show to the world. While we were sinners, we were lost, away from Gods love and His blessings. But His love came and delivered us from our sins and made us sons of God and by His grace He transforms us so that we may live out the will of God through our lives. His grace is always abundant to those who seek Him with all their hearts.

Dear beloved, you are special unique and one of a kind which God has created for His good pleasure. Through you, He wants to demonstrate His love and power. Don't compare yourself with someone else or even compare their gifts to yours. What they have is the gift which God has given them but what you have is unique and special. Comparison will bring us pain, but earnestly seeking after our divine purpose will bring us joy and satisfaction in our lives.

Today don't try to be someone else but ask God your unique calling and purpose and put your whole heart and strength to do it. May God smile on your life as you seek and pursue after your calling. He is able to do exceedingly greater things, more than we ask or think. He is with you and He will strengthen you. Have a blessed day. Shalom!

Psalms 92:12-13
The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree,
He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Those who are planted in the house of the Lord
Shall flourish in the courts of our God.

The palm tree is a beautiful sight to behold in the desert. Its a sign of hope in the midst of a inhabitable dry desert. The palm tree although is placed in the desert, it does not yield to its surroundings. They let their roots to go deep down into the earth in search of water and draw their nourishment and stand up tall and fresh in the dry environment around them. It's truly a wonder to behold.

The word illustrates the life of the righteous like a plam tree. Although they are surrounded by several challenges, they have their roots going deep into the word of God and they stand strong to declare that the Lord is good. The word acknowledges the many challenges of the righteous, but assures of the Lords protection and deliverance in all of them. The word likens us to a palm tree and a cedar in Lebanon that is majestic in stature. We are called to thrive in the midst of our challenges and stand victorious.

We have the help from God and His word that will enable us to come out victorious in every situation. Gods word is unfailing and is a sure refuge for all who trust in Him. It is powerful and is life giving.

When we say Amen to Gods word the power of the word will be manifested in our lives. When God spoke into the darkness, the power of darkness could not resist the light to break out. Today however bad your situation is , it is about to change when we declare and confess what God has planned for us through His word. The word is poweful and will accomplish what it has purposed.

Can you declare this with me-
I declare that I will flourish because Gods word says so
I will flourish in my health
I will flourish in my relationships
I will flourish in my finances
I will flourish in my career
I will flourish in my ministry
I will flourish in my God given purpose
I will flourish in my knowledge of Gods word
I will grow up and not be pulled down
I will be established and not shaken
In Jesus Name Amen Amen Amen

The Lord bless your days shalom!

1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Sin separates man from God and His divine plans. The power of sin was so great that God had to sent His only son Jesus to die on the cross, to redeem mankind who were enslaved to sin. The death of Jesus has brought us reconciliation, which was not possible without a sacrifice. Jesus paid the ultimate sacrifice for our sins, so that we could be reunited with the plans of God and have fellowship with God. It was grace that made this possible and none of our merits could ever get us salvation.

As we start this new day, let's remind ourselves of the great sacrifice which Jesus made to save us from our sins. Jesus took on Himself the curse of sin on the cross, so that those who believes on His death and resurrection could receive the forgiveness of sin. His blood paid it all. It was a costly affair.

Jesus is the only saviour and there is no other through whom man can come to God. The word says, that if we confess our sins to Him, he will cleanse us of all unrighteousness. Let not devil hold you back in his grip of guilt and make you feel unworthy because of sin. The devil tries to impress upon people his own fate of damnation. Resist his voice and run to Jesus. Hold on to the promises of His word and if you have sinned tell Him that you are sorry and ask Him to forgive your sins. He is willing to give you a new start.

How great this love, which we cannot measure. How rich His grace, to us who were unworthy . How deep His thoughts that none can fathom. One thing we can do, is to thank Jesus and give Him our heart and live for Him. Let Jesus shine through your life. Let His presence in your life bring peace and blessings to all those who you encounter today. The Lord bless your day. Shalom!

Matthew 25:23
His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’

This is what we all are waiting to hear from the Lord when we meet Him. Starting with the end in mind is a great way to navigate the actions of today. We cannot expect the Lords appreciation of our works unless we have done it in a way that He has prescribed it. This is why we need to live out our life with the fear of God and with the help of the Holy Spirit.

Today when we have life and ability to choose, let's consider what will cause us to hear this praise from the Lord? The reward there is in reference to someone who has faithfully carried out an instruction or assignment from the Lord.

What is your assignment from the Lord? There is no one whom the Lord has brought into His kingdom and without an assignment. Knowing your assignment and giving all your efforts to fulfil the God given assignment is key to a successful life. We may gain the whole world but what happens if we don't fulfil our God given assignment? Of what use is it to our time here on the earth?

Has the Lord called you to serve, serve with all your heart and strength. Has the Lord called you to minister the word- then give yourself to study and seek revelation and practice the word and teach others. Has the Lord called you to encourage others - then seek encouragement from the Lord that you may share this to others. Has the Lord called you to be a prophetic voice- then seek the Lord for His word that you will bring out. Some he has called as pastors, apostles , intercessors and supporting other functions in the church.

Maybe your gifting is not a public ministry, but prayer and serving others. Do it with all your heart. As a parent, husband, wife or children, we have a responsibility, do it with the strength from God.

Whatever your assignment, give earnest heed to fulfil your assignment. May God be glorified through your life. (2 Peter 1:10). The Lord strengthen you to live a life that pleases the Lord. Shalom.

Luke 6: 45
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.

Often in life, we connect easily with people who speak well. We like to connect and be around with people who speak good things that encourages us. The opposite happens when we find people who are always complaining or are angry. We tend to keep away from such people as it brings unrest to us. A good word spoken to us in seasons of trouble is indeed very refreshing and desirable.

God has created us in His image and has placed power in our mouth. Our words has the power to bless or to destroy. We can build up or destroy lives through our words. We can connect with people through our word. We can even touch the heart of God through our words.

When we use that God given power to speak the word of God, then the will of God becomes manifest in our life. We will see goodness, prosperity, health and relationships prosper which is the will of God for our lives. But if we use our God given ability to speak evil then there will be dryness, fatigue and failures that will manifest. The same mouth brings forth both good and bad.

The mouth speaks what the heart is full of. If our heart is filled with the treasure of Gods word then our mouths will speak the same. If not, we will speak what we hear in the world around us and that becomes our life. Our strength lies in speaking out the will of God and resisting the temptation to speak anything which is contrary to Gods word. Today lets pray and chose to speak the word of God and fill our heart with the treasure of Gods word. May your life be full of the blessings of God as you speak words of life and blessings. Shalom.

Psalms 61:3
For you have been my refuge,
a strong tower against the foe.

The word is a light that enlightens the darkness( ignorance), by revealing to us the truth. Jesus said, you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. This knowledge of the truth, combined with our faith brings great confidence to our lives.

The devil, who is the prince of darkness, works by creating ignorance in people. He exploits the ignorant through his cunning schemes and keeps them his captives. But when light comes ( the good news of Jesus), the devils works cannot prosper. The good news empowers people with the truth and strengthens them to oppose the work of darkness.

The word we read today reveals to us a God who is our refuge, a place of protection. A strong tower from our enemies. This is the truth. It does not matter, what or how big the darkness is, a small light will illuminate the darkness. In the same manner, this word is the light for us to resist the thoughts of discouragement and seek the protection in the name of the Lord.

Today you don’t have to be afraid of the challenge you are facing, rather start to confess the power in the name of Jesus and the protection that He has promised you. Whether it be trouble or sickness or financial issues or family problems, whatever it might be the Name of Jesus is above it all. You have a strong tower to take your refuge.

So open up your mouth today and declare it out to the devil and to all your fears- “The Lord is my strong tower and I am protected by the almighty, nothing can trouble me. I am safe and secure in the hands of Jesus”. Let this confidence in the word be your strength. Shalom!

Job 42:1-2
Then Job answered the LORD and said: “I know that You can do everything, And that no purpose of Yours can be withheld from You.

The story of Job in the Bible reveals the challenges and persecution that Job went through and how he persevered and came out victorious . It was in these most challenging times of his life that he encountered God and His word. Job encountered the Lord and the wonders of His creations. Job encountered God as his redeemer, the only ONE who could deliver him out of his troubles and restore his life.

At the end of his trials, Job had a greater understanding of Gods power and ability. He understood that God can do everything and no one can stop His plans. When God delivered Job from his troubles all his enemies and those who spoke against him brought him gifts. It is certainly a story of a beautiful ending, God restored the life of Job.

Dear beloved, even though you may not be in your best condition today, your time of restoration is coming. Just as God delivered Job, He will also deliver and restore to you. Make a declaration this morning, "My God can do everything. There is nothing that He has purposed and revealed in His word, that can be withheld from my life. All of His promises are Yes and Amen. His plans for me are good and He will bring this to pass”

Your declarations are powerful, what you say is your is your life. You will soon see a turnaround. Your season is coming where even those who spoke against you will bring you gifts and honour you. Our God is faithful. Believe it, speak it out and your will have it. The Lord richly bless your day! Shalom.

Galatians 6:9
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

Gods word is the source of truth, in a world where we have lot of false information. It is the only truth that enlightens us and brings freedom to our lives. It is the power of God that strengthens us and empowers us to stand against the schemes of the devil.

The word today is reminding us of the peril of losing heart and growing weary. Both of these will prevent us to do the good that we are called to do. The good work which the Lord has entrusted us needs constant work to bring the result or harvest which the Lord has purposed. But sometimes, we can get disheartened and give up, which restricts the purpose of God for our lives.

Maybe you are getting tired about the responsibilities that the Lord has entrusted you to shoulder. Maybe as a parent you are struggling to keep up to the demands of the call. Maybe you are a husband or a wife, who is struggling with your relationship. Or, you have been entrusted with a ministry or work or career where your finding it difficult. Or you are a student who is burdened with your studies. Or you have a child that needs more care and attention. Whatever it is, the word today is for you- not to lose heart or grow weary.

There is a great reward for you if you remain consistent. God knows your struggles and He is there to help you with all grace. His grace is never deficient, it’s always sufficient. Trust in the Lord and ask Him to strengthen you with His grace. Don’t allow the lie of the devil to cheat you of your great reward. There is a season coming where you will see the outcome of your hard work. Till then, all you need is Gods grace to keep you doing the work.

Are you struggling and need encouragement? Please allow me to pray for you- “Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for your word. It is our only hope. We ask you to strengthen this dear person who is reading this devotion. Let them experience your strength to carry out the things which you have entrusted them. Let your grace manifest in the time of their need. Help them to be an overcomer and see the great harvest which you have kept for them. Let your power give them all ability that they need to push through and become victorious. I pray for angelic ministry to be released on their behalf. Thank you for doing this. We give you all glory and praise. Amen”

The Lord bless you and strengthen you. Shalom!

1 Chronicles 29:12
Both riches and honor come from You,
And You reign over all.
In Your hand is power and might;
In Your hand it is to make great
And to give strength to all.

The knowledge about God is one of the greatest knowledge that we can have on this side of eternity. This knowledge is life transforming and gives us peace and confidence in our lives. This knowledge gives us grace and strength to face our life here on earth with greater courage. This knowledge is empowering.

These words are taken from the prayer that King David made, thanking the Lord for helping Him to start building of the great temple for God. David was a man who knew the power of God and had experienced His power all through His life. He was humble to accept that all his victories came from God.

David knew that everything in life was controlled by God. He was the source of all blessings and honor. God gave it to whom ever He chose and no one could stop His plans. He also knew God as almighty and empowering those who trust in Him with power and might. This was the secret of the accomplishments of David.

Today, as you start your day, are you confident of Gods presence with you. Are you fully convinced that He can bless and He can lift you up. He is your provider and your strength and that nothing is impossible with Him. Start opening your mouth and start talking about your faith in your God. This will give you confidence and peace. It will strengthen you, because faith comes by hearing and hearing of Gods word.

No matter how you feel, start lifting up the name of God and His power. You will start to experience the peace of God. You will experience miracles as you start to speak, so speak in faith. The Lord bless your day. Shalom!

Proverbs 3:7-8 Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.

The devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy lives through deception and lying. He tries to sugarcoat sin and trap us in it, so that he can rule over us. This is why the Word tells us to be vigilant. It is often the small compromises we make that get us entangled in the devil’s schemes.

God’s Word is the eternal counsel we have been given. It shows us the way that is good for us. Popular worldly wisdom may label certain things as acceptable, but what God calls sin, we must treat as sin — and as dangerous. Not following the Word has consequences, both in this life and in eternity.

Today’s Word instructs us not to depend on our own judgment when it comes to sin. Don’t tolerate sin — it brings death. Run away from the things God tells us to run away from, and don’t engage in word or deed in sins that steal our confidence before the Lord. Fear the Lord and take a stand against sin.

Sometimes these sins are very small, yet they carry a huge consequence on our lives. It might be loose talk, an
uncontrolled tongue, or unchecked anger that grieves the Holy Spirit. It could be quiet wanderings on social media that lead us to the wrong content, or a hidden desire to watch ungodly things. These things creep in unnoticed until they take root. Fear God and run from them — be vigilant.

As the Word says, when we run from sin we step into a territory of blessing and peace — health to our flesh and strength to our bones. It is like taking medicine for our own good; it may not feel easy in the moment, but it heals us from the inside out. So be encouraged. Fear God, and turn from evil ways.
The Lord bless your day. Shalom!
