Psalm 119:49–50�Remember the word to Your servant, upon which You have caused me to hope. This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your word has given me life.

God's word is the source of comfort in a life filled with troubles. The word brings peace and healing. The word strengthens us to face our challenges with the knowledge that God is with us. As Jesus said in John 16:33, In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

The challenges in the world are growing, but the word still continues to speak and bring peace, healing, and comfort. Isaiah 40:8 reminds us, The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. Seasons change and circumstances shift, but His word never fails.

The psalmist's words here are a prayer, asking God to fulfill the promises He has shown us through His word, which we have held on to by faith. God is faithful to establish His word and make it a reality in our lives. As the Lord declared in Isaiah 55:11, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please.What God has spoken, He will surely bring to pass.

Shall we also pray to our loving God?
Lord, establish the word You have spoken to us, the word You caused us to hold on to in our challenging seasons, the word that gave us hope. Lord, fulfill Your word in my life, that I may testify of Your goodness in the land of the living. In Jesus' name, Amen.

2 Corinthians 10:3-4
For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.

Jesus said," you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free" John 8:32. God's word is the revealed truth to mankind. God's word is God himself . This word is settled in heaven and is a sure assurance to all those who trust in the word. It is a law in the spirit realm.

God's word reveals the truth about God,His love, His plan for mankind and eternal judgement. All scripture or word, has been inspired by the Holy Spirit,the breath of God. It will empower us by its instructions and directions, giving us the strength to take the right direction and lead us in deeper into the path of godliness.

God's reveals who we are in Christ, or in other words, how God sees us. We are his children , his precious possession ( 1 Cor 6:19-20), his beloved ( 2 Thes 2:13), heirs and co heirs in Christ ( Rom 8:17). Not just this, but that he loves us with an everlasting love and nothing can separate us from His love.

The word reveals that the devil is a liar and the father of all lies ( John 8:44). The devil comes only to steal kill and destroy( John 10:10). The devil comes to us with his schemes and trickery ( Eph 6:11). The word teaches us to humble ourselves before God, resist the devil and he will flee from you (Jam 4:7).

Today, let's stand on this revealed word to resist the devil and believe what God's word says about us. Let's us boldly come to the Lord in prayer and seek His help to resist the lies of the devil and declare the promises of God over us and our families. Above all, let's use our authority to trample and make void every scheme of the enemy. I prophecy, that you are moving deeper into the plans of God, through your declarations. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

It’s a privilege to have Jesus as our Lord and Savior in a world filled with troubles. The world we live in is becoming more evil, difficult and troublesome. The troubles that people face today are far greater than what many faced in the past years. But in all of these troubles, a christian has hope, because Jesus is the same, yesterday today and forever.

When we take our troubles to the Lord in prayer, He will comfort us and strengthen us to have victory in our troubles. Sometimes, He will help us to overcome our troubles through His word and power. In other times, He will just give us His grace to go through the trouble. He will never allow the trouble to get into us and trouble our peace and joy.

As His word says, I will be with you in the fire and in the water and will not let the fire burn you nor allow the water to overflow you ( Isa 43:2). He is faithful to His word to perform this for us. He will make us a testimony of the saving grace of God, so that we testify of his goodness to many other and teach them His ways.

Are you experiencing trouble today?Go to the Lord in prayer and ask Him to comfort you with His grace and His strength. Just like God delivered Joseph from His troubles so that he could be the savior for many, you too will become a testament of Gods goodness to many.

I pray that you will experience comfort from the Lord in your troubles and be able to comfort to others who are in trouble No weapon formed against you will prosper. You will be victorious in Jesus Name. May the Lord comfort and strengthen you with these words. Shalom!

Acts 7:9
"And the patriarchs, becoming envious, sold Joseph into Egypt. But God was with him

The story of Joseph, the boy with the multi coloured coat is well know to all of us. Joseph's story is a story of vision, envy, courage and ultimately Gods deliverance, which gives us hope. A story which inspires us to trust God even when the journey takes a sudden turn for the worst. The story of his challenges and how he became the second to Pharaoh in Egypt is certainly a thriller. giving us hope that when God is with us we will succeed no matter the challenges that we face.

The word confirms that God was with Joseph in all his ways. He was with Joseph when his brothers put him in the dry well. When he was sold to the traders. God was with him when he was a slave in Potiphar's house. It was the Lord's presence that brought Joseph success in that house and brought prosperity to Potiphar. The Lord was with him, when he was wrongly accused of r**e and cast into the king's prison. It was the Lord who revealed to him the interpretations of the bakers and the butler's dream and ultimately the dream of Pharaoh. In all of this the Lord was with Joseph.

When Gods presence starts to manifest in a person life, it does not matter where they are , they will start prospering. Joseph prospered in Potiphar's house, in the prison and in the palace of Pharaoh. When God stands with a person no one can stand against him ( Rom 8:31). Gods favor brings success and victory to them in every situation of their life and no one can stop that.

Sometimes life may take unpredictable turns and bring you to some challenging situations, which will embarrass you. All you need is Jesus, His presence will give you the grace and strength to be victorious in every situation. Even if you are in the prison, even there you will prosper. But make sure that God is with you. Don't forget His ways when things go wrong, rather hold on to Him. I prophecy you will be victorious in every way. You will be the head and not the tail. Everything that you do will be blessed by the Lord. Make sure God is with you. The Lord bless your day. Shalom!

2Ki 3:16 -17
And he said, "Thus says the LORD: 'Make this valley full of ditches.' For thus says the LORD: 'You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you, your cattle, and your animals may drink.'

The key to miracles is obedience that is guided by faith. God moves and does unusual things when people trust and do as the word commands. God is well pleased with such faith in action , and the act of faith produces miracles.

In the above passage, the armies of Israel and Judah were in a precarious situation due to the lack of water. They had left their own cities and had come out against the king of Moab who rebelled against them. They sought to keep the enemy king under control and undertook a joint operation of war. Their hopes soon diminished when they lacked water in the journey and their own cities were too far to go back.

Often in life, we also come to similar situations. We have moved ahead to do something, but on the journey realise that we do not have the resources or strength to carry on. Going back is not an option, and moving forward seems impossible. Everyone has encountered such embarrassing moments in their lives and it becomes a source of anxiety.

The Israelites, they sought the word of God in their crisis and Gods word gave them a clear course of action. The act itself did not seem to make any logic, but when acted upon in faith, it brought forth a miracle. The were asked to make the valley fill of ditches, which God would supernaturally fill with water. God's word to them was specific, that it would be a supernatural intervention of God to sustain them in the wilderness. There would not be any wind or rain that brought the water, it would be a supernatural provision from the heavens.

You may be in a similar situation. You are finding it too difficult to move forward and too embarrassing to go back. Stuck in between hope ahead, which is too difficult to reach forward to and disappointment behind. Not sure how to get out of the mess. Take courage dear friend, the God who rescued Israel is the same God who is able to rescue you out of this. Reach out to Him for a direction and obey it. Be deligent to do what He says, a miracle will break forth for you. I prophecy a miracle for you in Jesus name. Shalom!

1 Chronicles 13:14
The ark of God remained with the family of Obed-Edom in his house three months. And the LORD blessed the house of Obed-Edom and all that he had.

In the old testament, the Ark of the covenant represented God's presence for the Israelites. It contained the stone tablet with ten commandments, a pot of manna and the rod of Aaron. The Israelites carried the ark all through their journey through the desert. It was a symbol of God's presence and His covenant with Israel and their enemies were afraid of the great God who protected Israel.

When the priest came and ministered near the ark, God's presence came down and hovered over the place. It was sign for the people of God's constant watch over the Israelites. The nations of the world feared the Israelites in the desert because of the presence of God. The Israelites survived through the inhospitable desert by provisions and protection from the Lord. It was a miracle indeed, and the key to the miracle was the presence of God with them.No other nation or people had this privilege of the Lord Jehovah being their God.

Here, now in the new testament times, our bodies have been identified as the temple of the most high God. It’s no longer His presence only, but God Himself dwells with us. To those who obey the commandments, Jesus promised them that both He and God the Father will make their home with them ( John 14:23).

What abundant blessings will come and befall such a person. Just as Obed-Edom was blessed, so shall we be blessed because of the presence of God in our lives. The key to success is not great wealth, rather obedience to the word of God and the presence of God with us. Even with challenges around us, we will be at peace, because the Prince of peace dwells with us. This will be heaven on earth. Desire this and move away anything that stands hindering God's presence in your life. May you be blessed in all that you do today because you carry God's presence wherever you go. Psalms 9:9-10
The LORD also will be a refuge for the oppressed,
A refuge in times of trouble.
And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; For You, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You.

We live in a world full of challenges and troubles. People all over the face of the earth have no peace. From rich nations to the poor ones,no one is at rest. Life on earth has truly become a struggle. Day by day the cost of living, changing policies and pressures of life are all having a toll on mankind. There is no one who can escape from the trouble in this world.

In the midst of this chaotic world, we still have the word of assurance from God's word, that He is a refuge to the oppressed in the times of their troubles. While the world we live in oppresses the weak, it is not so with our loving God. He gives power to the weak and to those who have no might, He increases strength ( ISA 40:29). He is a loving father, a generous God, who gives His blessings to all who call upon Him.

While the pressures of this world brings us into depression and anxiety, the presence of God surely brings us peace. It is this peace that we get from the Lord that enables is to move ahead with confidence. It's His word that encourages us and gives us hope , where there is no hope. All it takes is a heart that seeks God.

God does not condemn you if you have sinned, but requires you to come back to Him with a repentant heart. Accept your faults and ask Him to forgive you and restore you. He will heal you and restore you. He never forsakes those who seek Him in truth.

Your life could be a mess and you may not know where to start. Let me tell you, start with a prayer, start it again with Jesus. Go to Him and confess your sins. He will embrace you with His arms. Let His love to fill your weary heart, let's His peace guard your mind and you experience the joy of His presence. He is faithful to His word. He will strengthen you, He will be your refuge in this storm and with His grace you will come out victorious. Try this and enjoy the peace from the Lord. Shalom!

Psalms 63:1
​ O God, You are my God;
Early will I seek You;
My soul thirsts for You;
My flesh longs for You
In a dry and thirsty land
Where there is no water.

When we seek God and His will, there is a commanded blessing that comes after us. Jesus taught us to seek Gods kingdom and His righteousness first. When we do what has been asked of us, we position ourselves to receive what the heavens have prepared for us. Gods desire is to bless us with every blessing when we chose to obey Him.

Life often is challenging and demanding, but seeking God early in the day, sets us up for blessings and success. As the word says, let's seek God in the midst of a dry and difficult condition. Seeking God brings us the peace that we need to accept the challenges and receive the strength that we need to move ahead.

There is a special blessing when we seek God in the morning, as it’s a reflection of our priority.As the foundation of a building is one of the most important elements of the construction, so is our morning routines. The godly routines sets us up for a blessing. When we seek God in the morning, we are setting a tone for the day.

Today, as we start this new day, let's seek the Lord and acknowledge Him as our God. By doing this, we are making a declaration that God rules, and nothing happens in our life without His knowledge. We are making a declaration that, all things will work together for our good. We are declaring that He goes before us to make the crooked paths straight and break the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. With our confession and declaration, we are preparing ourselves to receive all the blessings and promises which the word reveals.May your day be filled with every blessings from the Lord. Shalom!

Deuteronomy 4:7-8
“For what great nation is there that has God so near to it, as the Lord our God is to us, for whatever reason we may call upon Him? And what great nation is there that has such statutes and righteous judgements as are in all this law which I set before you this day?

Gods purpose through the law of Moses was to forge out a great nation that reflected His glory and goodness. He wanted to show the world the glory of His name through those who worshipped Him. The key to accomplish this was through obedience of the Israelites. When God commissioned Joshua to lead the Israelites after the time of Moses, He specifically commanded Joshua to meditate the law and keep speaking about it. It was through this simple act of obedience that God promised Joshua good success whenever he went.

Even today, this is Gods plan for your life even in the Twenty first century. In the New Testament times His plans are even greater and nothing can stop the plans of God.He wants to lead you in triumph and demonstrate His great power through your life,as you live your life in accordance to His words. He promises us that, He will be near to us and hear us when we call upon Him. He will help us and strengthen us to accomplish great things which we cannot do of ourselves. He has also given us of His very own Spirit to be more like Him.

Today let's focus on God's word and submit ourselves to be obedient. There might be areas in your life where you may have challenges to obey the word, but this is where we have God's grace to help us. You may be ordinary but we have an extraordinary God who's power no one can fathom.What a great privilege we have through Jesus that we are called the sons of God.
