Day 20, Thursday, May 28, 2026 – Education and Schools
Scripture Focus: Proverbs 2:6
“For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.”
Today, we are praying for education and schools. As the school year comes to a close, many students, teachers, administrators, staff, and families are navigating stress, transitions, testing, fatigue, uncertainty, and important decisions concerning the future. We also recognize the continued need for safety, wisdom, emotional support, and spiritual covering within our educational systems.
Today, we stand in intercession believing God for wisdom, protection, strength, and peace over schools and learning environments.
Pray for:
• Students to finish the school year strong
• Wisdom, patience, and strength for teachers and administrators
• Safe and healthy learning environments
• Protection from violence, bullying, and harmful influences
• Emotional and mental well-being for students and staff
• Parents and guardians supporting children through transitions
• Graduates preparing for the next season of life
• Integrity, compassion, and wisdom among educational leaders
• Opportunities and resources for schools and communities in need
Let us pray that schools become places where learning, growth, safety, encouragement, and purpose are cultivated. May students thrive academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually as they prepare for the next chapter of their journey.
Take time today to intentionally pray for schools, colleges, universities, educators, counselors, school staff, parents, and students of every age and background.
If you prayed today, type “Amen” in the comments as a sign of agreement and unity in prayer.
