What an incredible evening, delicious doread of Challah, dips, salads, chicken matzah ball soup and more! Fun game of Have You Ever Challah Edition! Delving into the spiritual and physical secrets of Challah! We were lucky and privileged to have the incredible famous Chana Weisberg address us, I dont think there was a dry eye in the room!, we braided and our dough and ended off the evening with fun and spirited dancing!! Thank you Alise, Shira and Miranda! Thank you to our gracious hostess Jamie Dahan!

What an incredible evening despite the frigid cold, we warmly celebrated inside by enjoying a delicious Ramen noodle bar, delved into feminine side of Chanukah and the bravery of the Jewish woman! We laughed away during the white elephant gift exchange and ended off with making beautiful candles to warm up our homes and souls!

We learned how the Jewish People returned to the Holy Land of Israel after Hashem freed them from slavery in Egypt. They were finally ready to become their own nation in their own land - but first, they had to get through the mighty walls of Yericho. The Jews couldn’t break through the walls, but Hashem could - and He did! We reenacted the fall of Yericho's walls with an awesome cup challenge, and we had fun circling the walls just as the Jews did for 7 days and after blowing the Shofar, the walls came crashing down!
We discussed how Hashem is our true source of strength and power. When we do our part and try our best, Hashem takes care of the rest! To bring this message to life, we made our own really cool “stress balls” with activating powder as a reminder not to worry - because Hashem is our strength and power and is always at our side!!.
