We have a wonderful service planned for this Sunday. MN Adult & Teen Challenge will be at Oakwood Church. It will be a truly inspired service where we will get to hear their choir sing and also hear some of their testimonies. After the service, we will be having a potluck so that we can better get to know these men and women. Bring something to pass and let's treat our gueasts with true Methodist hospitality. There will be a freewill offering if you feel moved to give and help their further success. Come and see the power of how God can transform someone's life. This lines up perfectly with who we are here at Oakwood in that we are Transforming lives with love and faith in Jesus. Hope to see you all here Sunday morning at 9:30am.

Update: Easter Weekend was a wonderful success and I want to thank everyone who was involved in the planning, practicing and preparing for this week. This weekend would not have been possible without all of the volunteers, thank you. We had a total of 165 people with both services, and we look forward to running with joy into spring. God is good and He is working here at Oakwood! We hope that you take this opportunity to get involved and experience a transformed life in Jesus. Together We Are Oakwood!

Come Join us tonight at 6pm as we worship God and start the Lenten Season.

Learn why we celebrate Ash Wednesday and observe the Lenten Season. If you have questions, come and allow us to answer them for you. Everyone is welcome!

It is going to be a wonderful time and I pray that we do not burn down the sanctuary in the process. We will be taking communion and it is an open table so everyone is welcome.
