April 17, 2021 @ 2pm will be the Singspiration in St Francisville, La. - 5263 Commerce St. - going north from Baton Rouge on Hwy 61 - at first light in St Francisville turn left and the New Life UPC is on the left about 1/2 a block. WE invite everyone to come out and enjoy some gospel singing, free hot dogs, some cool water and lots of fellowship! We will have many singers from different churches, so come on out and enjoy this event!!

Eagle Summit Ministries: CHRISTMAS PLAY DEC. 20, 2020 - 10AM - Would love to have everyone that can to come out and enjoy a simple, but to the point play about the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We will start promptly at 10am, and have refreshments and fellowship afterwards.
If you want to bring one of your delicious finger foods, please do so. Would love to sample some of your talent in making Christmas candy or whatever!

Eagle Summit Ministries: Three more Sundays, counting tomorrow, and we will be closing the doors at Eagle Summit Minisitries. I encourage each one of you to come and be a part of these services. Maya and I would be so pleased to be able to spend the time with you in prayer and worship, and feel the warm presence of the Almighty together!

What a great honor it has been, to come back to this beautiful area called Pointe Coupee Parish to finalize a part of our lives with you, as we set out on a new assignment with the Lord. Retiring from pastoring will be very different for me, as this is all I have known for 40 years now. But I will endeavor to contend for the faith and keep my hands to the plow, until I hear that trumpet sound!!

Eagle Summit Ministries: Every Friday Night @ 6:15pm is Prayer Meeting, then following @ 7pm is Bible Study - We are methodically going through the Bible one week at a time. Would love to have your attendance if you can possibly come and be with us. We are just where Joshua goes into Caanan Land and begins the 7 year military campaign to posses the land. Eagle Summit Ministries: Christmas Play & Banquet Dec.12, 2020 @ 5pm - 712 Olinde St. - New Roads, La. - I will be cooking a Turkey & Ham - what we need is to fill in around that. We need folks to make Dressing, Potato Salad, Peas, Green Beans, Mash Potatoes, Gravy, Rolls, Drinks & whatever else you would like to bring. I have written out the basics, please let me know what you will bring from the list.
Plan on asking a friend or two to come with you, this is an Outreach Event where I believe people will be more than happy to come.

Eagle Summit Ministries: The first "GOSPEL NIGHT SINGING" at Peanut's Place Restaurant @ 4414 Hwy 78 - Livonia, La. - Starting at 5pm - Oct. 10, 2020 - They will be having a special dinner for a very reasonable price if you want to eat. I (Don Taylor) will be singing along with another one or two. It should be a very relaxing atmosphere with food and fellowship. Make plans to come out and be with us for this night that I would think many people really need. God bless and have a great week!

Eagle Summit Ministries: URGENT!! Please pray for my daughter, Sheryll Cooks, as she is in the hospital with blood clots in her lungs. She was in terrible pain last night and rushed to the hospital, and they found several blood clots in her lungs. My sincere gratitude for keeping her in your prayers!! God bless, Bro Don Taylor

EAGLE SUMMIT MINISTRIES; I would like to welcome to the New Roads - Livonia areas, a brand new COMFORT CAJUN FOOD RESTAURANT - PEANUTS PLACE - right across the bridge on the way to Livonia from New Roads going down Parlange Lane - which use to be THE BAYOU SHACK - Peanut & Gabrielle Torres will make you feel right at home, and has so many delicious selections on the menu. These are some wonderful Christian people and will give you your monies worth, I can quarantee!! God bless and give it a try!!
