None of us like change.

Especially when it’s something we’ve grown used to… something that feels like it’s always been there.

After men’s breakfast on Saturday, a few guys stayed and helped take down a well loved tree on the church property.

Hard to see it go. But the Bible reminds us there’s a season for everything.

Sometimes even letting go is part of the season.

Grateful for the men who stuck around, worked hard, and helped get it done.

Church is built by people like that.

It is with both sorrow and hope that we share that Lowella, beloved wife of Pastor Wes Wold, has gone home to be with the Lord. Many will remember Pastor Wes from his time serving as interim pastor at Spirit of Life Church from 2005 to 2006, and during that season Lowella stood faithfully beside him with quiet strength and deep faith. While we grieve this loss, we do not grieve without hope, trusting in Christ’s promise of the resurrection. Please keep Pastor Wes and their family in your prayers in the days ahead.
