Today we remember and celebrate what our Heavenly Father did for us on the cross. He didn’t just take the penalty for our sins, He gave us the gift of everlasting life. The cross is not just a symbol of sacrifice, but of love, mercy, and eternal hope. “But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.” - Isaiah 53:5
