We welcome you and the promise of continual cleansing and forgiveness in Christ Jesus!✝️

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” — 1 John 1:9

September Devotion: Cleansing and Forgiveness 💦😇

September often feels like a month of resetting—summer fades, routines return, and a quiet shift takes place. It’s a fitting time to reflect on the spiritual reset we all need: cleansing from sin and renewal of heart.

1 John 1:9 is one of the most comforting promises in Scripture. God doesn’t hesitate to forgive; He delights in restoring us. When we come to Him honestly—without excuses, without hiding—He meets us with compassion and cleansing. Forgiveness is not a reward for perfection; it is a gift of grace offered to every repentant heart.

But cleansing doesn’t stop with us. As God purifies our hearts, He also calls us to reflect His grace outward. Forgiveness may not always be easy, but it is a powerful act of freedom—for us and for others. When we release bitterness, resentment, or hurt, we make room for God’s healing to flow.

This month, let September be a fresh beginning: a time to confess, to be cleansed, and to walk in the freedom that comes from knowing you are fully forgiven and deeply loved.

Prayer 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Lord, I come before You seeking Your cleansing and forgiveness. Thank You for Your promise to purify me when I confess my sins. Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit within me. Give me the grace to forgive others as You have forgiven me. Free me from bitterness and fill me with Your peace. Help me walk in Your love and extend that love to those around me.
In Jesus name, Amen.

We welcome you and the great provision of the Lord this month!

Scripture 📖
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” — Isaiah 40:31

August Devotion: Renewal and Strength 🦅💪🏼

August can feel like a month of fatigue—summer heat, mid-year responsibilities, and the weight of daily routines can leave us feeling worn down. In times like these, Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that true renewal doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from resting in God.

“Hope in the Lord” means waiting with expectation, trusting His presence and His timing. It is not passive; it is a posture of the heart that looks to God as the provider and source of strength rather than ourselves. When we wait on Him, He exchanges our exhaustion for His endurance, our weariness for His power.
God doesn’t just give enough strength to get by—He offers strength that lifts us above our struggles like eagles rising on the wind. Whether you’re running through busy seasons or simply walking through ordinary days, He promises the strength you need for every step.

This month, let August become a time of spiritual rest. Pause. Breathe. Return to God’s presence again and again. Renewal begins not with doing more, but with trusting more.

Prayer 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Lord, thank You for the promise of renewed strength. When I feel weary or overwhelmed, teach me to wait on You instead of pushing forward in my own strength. Renew my energy, refresh my spirit, and give me patience to trust Your timing. Lift me up on Your strength so I can walk, run, and soar according to Your will. In Jesus name, Amen.

June Devotion: Unity in the Body 🕊️

Scripture 📖

“Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body… and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.”-- 1 Corinthians 12:12–13

Devotion 😇

The Christian community is a living body—Christ’s body—made up of people with different backgrounds, stories, strengths, and gifts. God designed this diversity not as a challenge to unity but as the very means by which unity becomes beautiful and meaningful. Just as every part of a physical body has a purpose, every believer has a God-given role that strengthens the whole.

Paul’s words remind us that unity is not sameness. Unity is all of us, shaped by the same Spirit, working together in harmony. In a world full of division, the church is called to display a different way of living—a way marked by mutual love, honor, and humility.

Beloved, June invites us to reflect on how we contribute to the unity of Christ’s body. Do our words build up or tear down? Do we make space for others’ gifts? Do we value the parts of the body that are different from us? As we grow in love and service, the church becomes a powerful witness to the world: many members, one Spirit, one Lord.

Lord Jesus, thank You for making us One Body through Your Spirit. I pray for unity in my local church and the global church. Heal divisions, soften hearts, and replace pride with humility. Help us celebrate the diversity of gifts You’ve given and teach us to love one another as You have loved us. Make Your church a shining example of unity, peace, and mutual care. In Jesus name, Amen.
