Some days, faith doesn’t look like confidence. It looks like getting up, whispering a prayer, and choosing to trust God one more time.

You may not understand what He’s doing. You may even feel tired of waiting. But being tired doesn’t mean you’ve lost your faith.

Sometimes, faith is simply saying,
“God, I don’t understand this, but I’m still here.”

For most of the time . I don’t share a lot of personal things going on in my families life . But my son in law sent a note he was told by his grandmother I believe . So just wanted to share it as it may speak to someone who could be going through what we as a family and husband are .

Navigating Alzheimer's asks you to redefine love and connection. Spiritually, remember that a person’s essence—their soul—remains intact even when their memory fades. You are not losing them; you are learning to connect with who they are now, finding peace in the present moment rather than grieving the past.

Not sure if it speaks to anyone today as it did me. Just realize you are not the only one walking through this journey but know others are walking with you .
