Had a lot of awards to give out last night 5/5 at the end of the third talk.Everyone who received awards worked very hard.This is the first 400 Club award given out since the RU Recovery program was started.

To some, the idea that Jesus says “Come to me” might seem to be an impossible task, as though you have to meet some high standard of holiness before you should first come, but no. Jesus simply says “Come unto me ALL ye that are weak and heavy laden…” (Doesn’t that include us all?) And He promises “… and I WILL give you rest”

When we, in our weaknesses, find it impossible to achieve victory in our lives, (whether it be surrender of an addiction or surrender of our time and talents) Jesus says “Come.” It is in our weaknesses that He is able to show Himself to be strong. If only we were to COME, that we could then allow the power of Christ to have a place in our lives.

Want to invite everyone to come to RU Recovery program on Friday night December [email protected] will be having Dale Akin from RU in Rockford Illinois with us. Come out and visit so you get a better idea of what we do on Friday night.
Saturday December 3@10am we will be having a training session that day and everyone is invited to come to this as well.Lunch will be provided and should be done by 3pm

If we shall hope, hope in his mercy. Even in our failures, His mercies are still new every morning. As we fear (reverence) Him, we give Him the rightful place in our life as our God. We understand that we are the weak sinners needing His mercy. His strength then made perfect in our weakness will give us the victory we need, if we would only surrender all.
