First Sunday Recap | ‘Nightmare on Job Street’ Job 3:25 NKJV

Job lived in a posture of holy reverence for the Lord while experiencing unimaginable loss.

Emerging from the ashes, he declared “For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me, And what I dreaded has happened to me.” 

Fear whispers “What if?” It can hijack our minds and become the narrator of our story and interpreter of our circumstances.

We must let our hearts and souls stay anchored, trusting in the Lord, the One who holds our future. (Psalm 112:7) A fixed heart on Jesus is built in ordinary days, cultivating a relationship with God.

By His blood we are saved, healed and have a peace that surpasses all understanding!

Psalm 86:11 says “Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name.” ESV
