Not my idea but it was a good one so I’m sharing the info. Houston is giving out $50 at Catholic Charities (2900 Louisiana Ave - Downtown). There is apparently an approval process to go through before funds are dispersed. You can also apply via website: https://catholic charities.org/requestdisasterhelp/
