A Transparent Note to Self that may help Somebody Else!!!

Your Faithfulness Matters, the years of laboring, sowing and building, seeing little results is not stagnation; it is stability. It is the mark of a shepherd, not a hireling.

Your Integrity Speaks. Evan in a generation of forms without power and shifting standards, you have remained steady. That alone is worthy of taken note.

Your Labor Is Seed. Every sermon, prayer, funeral, baptism, marriage, counseling session, and sacrificial moments of intercession are seeds recorded in Heaven.

Your Assignment Is Valid without man’s or any system validation. God did not call you to chase man’s approval; He called you after His heart to shepherd the souls He place under your care.

1Cor. 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

Be not moved by no-one who speaks against what God has already spoken for.

Your labor is not in vain. Not one sermon. Not one tear. Not one sacrifice. Not one lonely season. Not one Moment of Obedience.

You may not be approved, accepted, or validated by man, but you have been authenticated by God.

The Almighty I am that I am - has confirmed, validated, and put His divine stamp of approval on your calling, assignment, and identity.

Heaven is seeing it all!

Just a Pastoral thought, for those who serve in or carry a title of one who serve in the Lord's Church, fulfilling His Kingdom agenda; know the ministry of presence. Presence is the Seed of unity in the Body of Christ. The Church becomes divided when leaders become distant, it becomes unified when leaders become present. Presence strengthens relationships, reduces misunderstandings, increases collaboration, and builds shared vision. Beloved, unity is created through PRESENCE. "Be Present not Absent"
