Let’s all thank God and congratule the Next Generation OMS Full Gospel Baptist Church for winning the Season 3 District Basketball Association Tornament!!! We thank God for Pastor Tyrone Smith, Coach Buck and all of the coaches and players for winning their second trophy!!! We are the Southern Berith District of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship under the stellar leadership of Overseer Charles Oatis. We thank God for all of the churches, coaches and players of the DBA!!!
Evangelism is the driver, purpose and goal.

Endurance running is the best overall exercise for longevity. Endurance swimming and endurance cycling are close seconds. All are great! Choose what you enjoy!!! Keep in step with the Spirit!!!!

You can’t outrun a bad diet, so 1st:

QSS (40 days and 40 nights then continually)

Quit- sodas, sweets, diet drinks and smoothies.
Switch- to Brown from White. (Whole Grains).
Sweat- Sweat Everyday. (Endurance is best).
